Matthew + Mae Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

**DOMESTIC ORDERS**
I ship via USPS Priority or First Class mail depending on the size of your purchase. Delivery Confirmation will be provided for shipments within the United States.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**
For international orders, I ship via USPS First Class Mail International.Tracking will only available while the package is in the U.S, and tracking will stop in Chicago, IL where the package leaves the international sorting facility. Delivery confirmation will then be shown when the package is delivered to you.

Customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Sorry, I will NOT lie on customs forms so please don’t ask.

Refunds will not be provided for international items that go unclaimed.

Items being held in customs may cause extended delays up to a month or more. Unfortunately I have no control over this, and am not responsible for these delays, however I always ship promptly with the correct customs paperwork.

**ITEM NOT RECEIVED**
You will receive a Shipping Notice on day of shipment. Should you not receive your order, notification must be within 30 days of the Shipping Notice "SENT" date. Exceptions are international orders in which case you have 45 days from Shipping Notice "SENT" date to notify us. We will do everything we can to track your delivery.

Tax Information

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Matthew + Mae through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Matthew + Mae may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Matthew + Mae through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

Refund Policy

Custom made items are not eligible for returns/exchanges as the item would have been made to your specifications. Sale items and wholesale purchases are not eligible for refunds.

Please contact me right away if there is a problem. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item, with the item(s) returning to me in their original condition. Products that return damaged to me will not be eligible for the return or exchange.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. I will not provide a refund for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to me. All returns MUST be shipped with either delivery confirmation or some other form of tracking. If eligible for a refund, it will be provided AFTER product has been returned safely. Original shipping charges, and any rush order fees will not be refunded.

*****Mobiles must be returned in their original BOX or another sturdy BOX (NO ENVELOPES or padded mailers! If returned in an envelope the mobile will most likely be squished/damaged and not eligible for a refund).******

Please make sure the address you provide during checkout is correct. Refunds will not be provided for items that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses on the part of the buyer.

Refunds will not be provided for international items that go unclaimed.

Refund will occur in the same manner original payment was made. For example, if you paid via Paypal you will be refunded via Paypal only.
