Tax Information

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Prime Scuba through the Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Prime Scuba may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped.  Q: What size is the mask?

 A: Most masks only come in one size fits most adults. The only way to get a true fit is to try on the masks. If mask is intended for a child it will state it on the listing.

 Q: How do I know it the masks fit?

 A: The only way to ensure a proper fitting mask is to put the mask to the face WITHOUT using the strap, inhale through your nose and tilt your head down and shake your head, if the mask falls off, the mask does not fit, if the mask stays sealed to your face, you have a proper fitting mask.

 Q: I normally wear a 38-40 what size suit should I order?

 A: There is no way for us to know what size will fit you as it is based on your comfort in it. The only way to get an accurate size is to try it on.

 Q: What size rash guard should I order?

 A: Most rash guards fit the same size you would wear in a t-shirt and some listings may even have size charts listed. Keep in mind that there are  2 different styles of rash guards which are loose and fitted which can affect the size you would order. If there is no size chart listed and you need assistance please feel free to contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to help with determining the right size for you.

 Q: I need to cancel my order it will not arrive in time.

 A: We are able to ship items out of our warehouse if contacted early enough as well as choose a faster shipping method that may not be at cost to you.

 Q: Tracking has not update, where is my package?

 A: Please contact us so that we can open an investigation into the locating the package. Investigations can take up to 8 days to complete

 Q: I’ve emailed you but have not gotten a response, why is no one responding to me?

 A: We are EST and are in the office Monday through Thursday 9:30am to 5:30 pm Friday and Sunday for a limited hours up to 2pm and Closed on Saturday. Please only email once as we will respond when we are back in the office.

 Q: I returned by order but I did not get a full refund, Why?

 A: 1st: reason product deemed showing signs of use and was not in brand new, unused condition upon return so there was a 50% restocking fee

 2nd: refund was issued minus the original shipping cost for us to ship package to you even though it was free shipping to you

 Q: My package shows delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?

 A: Check with neighbors and your local post office to see if it can be located as USPS is the final stop in transit to you unless shipped UPS

 Q: My product arrived but it doesn’t fit what should I do?

 A; You can exchange the product for a different size or a similar product at comparable price.  Or you can return the product for a refund minus the original shipping cost to you.

 Q: I am a prime member but my item did not arrive in  2 days?

 A:  Amazon Prime only applies to items in which are shipped from Amazon directly, Unfortunately we do not participate in prime shipping and the estimated arrival time would have been listed on the order confirmation.                                                                                                                                                                     

Q: Item I purchased was eligible for prime shipping but I it did not arrive in 2 days, Why?

 A: Unfortunately we do not participate as a prime shipper and in order to keep our prices at such low cost to you we are unable to offer this free option. Only our items that are fulfilled by amazon directly maybe eligible for 2 day shipping.

 Q: Package shipping to wrong address can I change it?

 A: Unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address for you as per Amazons policy. We will cancel the order so that it can be ordered with the correct address.

 Q: I forgot to put the RMA# on the box what should I do?

 A: Without the RMA# it may the delay of processing the return or exchange.

 Q: My order just confirmed and now the estimate delivery is a week away, why?

 A: We process most orders within 1-2 business days to ship and its usually around 3-5 days in transit once your order has shipped. But most of our orders arrive to you on or before the estimated delivery time frame
