OVERALL RETURN POLICY

Buyer can return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned products must include all original components provided by the manufacturer. Any return that is not complete will be returned back to the customer and no refund will be issued. Products are returned due to "no longer wanted/needed" will be charged 20%-30% restocking fee, depending on the conditions of the returned product.

All returns must be pre-approved with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will be considered abandoned and will not be credited.  After an RMA request is assigned, the products should be shipped back and received by us within 15 days. The RMA will not be reissued if the return is not received within 15 days. We strongly recommend you buy signature confirmation service in order to avoid unexpected loss. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of return.

Defective products may be returned within 30 days. For defective products, our first suggestion is to contact the manufacturer. Often the manufacturer can troubleshoot it right over the phone, which could avoid the hassle of return and the subsequent back-and-forth shipping time.
A manufacturer's defective confirmation ID # is required for MOONSTAR to process your return request. Our specialists test all returns. If a package received and the condition of the box or the actual merchandise does not match the specified return condition, no credit will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.

Shipping is Non-refundable. If a return is made of an item that shipped with free shipping, the normal shipping charges for the shipping method used will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for determining if the merchandise suits their needs.

1) Electronics (i.e. computer, printer, Camera, eReader, etc.) returns: The item must be in new condition with original packaging with intact UPC & SN and accessories. Return of item which is not the result of our fault is subject to a return shipping fee. There is also a restocking fee of 20%-50% on all electronics returns based on the return product condition. The restocking fee and return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

2) Office Product Returns: The item must be in new condition with original packaging with intact UPC & SN and accessories. Returns of item which is not the result of our fault is subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund and 30% restocking fee will be charged once the factory seal is broken.

3) Home Appliance Returns: The item must be in new condition with original packaging with intact UPC & SN and accessories. Returns of item which is not the result of our fault is subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund and 25% restocking fee will be charged.


4) Music, Movie, Video Game, and Software returns: The item can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No return and refund will be issued if it has been opened or taken out of its plastic wrap. MOONSTAR is not responsible for system/software incompatibility. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for technical questions.

5) Health & Personal Care and Beauty Returns: These items must be unopened in original packaging. No return is acceptable once the factory seal is broken. Some Health & Personal Care products are not returnable, including: 1.Cholesterol monitors; 2.Diabetic/glucose monitors; 3.Fragrances; 4.Sex & Sensuality items; 5. Thermometry.
