I Love My Hair will allow a credit to you for the total purchase price of the product if you received the wrong item but only upon our receiving the returned product.
If you purchased the product by accident, or you are wanting to return the product because you don’t like it once you get it or did not realize what you purchased and have used the item, you MAY NOT return the item because the item is not resalable and is unusable.
If you have just decided against your purchase, we suggest you cancel your order before it is shipped out to you. If you do not cancel before we ship to you, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee if the item is returned in original packaging unharmed and unused within 7 days of you receiving the product, however you will not be refunded for any shipping paid on product at time of ordering, nor any shipping you paid to return it.
Please note: I Love My Hair does not make the products we sell on our store therefore you should know what product you are ordering. We do not encourage sales to those who are unsure of what they are purchasing. All directions must be followed on labels. When you order from us we assume you know how to use the product or have used it before and are not responsible for the misuse or any damaging affects the products may have due to the manufacturer.
2. What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?
We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved. Photos taken also of package should be submitted with your return request of the damaged product for a full refund.

Return Policy Q&A
All items/products purchased will be shipped and arrive to you within the estimated times given to you by Amazon during your purchase. All items will be packaged with care. Any orders over $145 will come with signature required upon delivery, if you are not home at time of delivery you can wait for the item to be redelivered to you the next day or for safety you can pick up the package at your post office by taking the "attempted delivery notice". If you are not home during time of delivery we will not be held liable and this will not be eligible for the discounts or refunds otherwise provided for an untimely delivery. If you do not want your item to arrive before the estimated delivery date please let us know through email/amazon to insure your estimated delivery time.

Answer: You may send the item back to us immediately within 7 days of delivery to you, you can make a return request through amazon, print a shipping label, purchase your postage and place over original label and mail back to us. Upon items arrival back to us you will be refunded. To determine the amount you will be refunded you can use this calculation: Cost of item/product (not including shipping charge at time of purchase) - 20% (restocking fee) of cost of item = refund ex: you paid $50 ($45 & $5 shipping) calculate 45.00 x .20=9.00 then subtract 45.00 - 9.00 = $36.00 (total refundable amount allowed)
