Q: What does Manufacturer Recertified mean?

A: Most of our partners have been manufacturer recertified which means the item was purchased through the company and returned. The item goes through a rigorous health and beauty regiment to ensure the product is of the highest quality before it's ready to be re-sold. Since Dakota PC is a direct buyer, the item usually has a standard 90-day warranty with the manufacturer unless otherwise noted. 

Q: Is my warranty covered on items taken outside the United States?
A: Dakota PC's warranty is invalid once the item has been moved outside the United States. In more cases, the same is true with all manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the manufacturer terms for further details. 

Q: My television/monitor screen was delivered and it is cracked. How can Dakota PC help?
A: Message Us! Unfortunately, sometimes the product can get damaged  during shipping, especially larger screens. But don't worry, we will take good care of you! Simply message us through Amazon and we will work with you to make a damage claim, pay for return shipping and then either refund your money or send a replacement (if it is in stock). 

SHIPPING

Q: What are the Dakota PC shipping policies?
A: Standard shipping for all our orders via UPS or US Main. All orders are shipped within 24 hrs of receipt (M-F, weekends and holidays excluded) upon receiving cleared payment. Dakota PC offers free standard shipping on all items to the lower 48 states unless shipping charges are explicitly noted on the product listing.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is placed, your item is assigned a UPS/USPS tracking number the following business day and you can begin tracking your item by the end of the next business day at the UPS/USPS website. Amazon will send an email once your info has been updated. Or, go to your account, locate order and your tracking info should be listed there. 

Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: We cannot ship to an unconfirmed address. We will first need to refund your money for the purchase via Amazon and cancel your order. You will then have to re-purchase the item and w can then ship the product to the new address you have provided. 

RETURNS

Q: I have an issue with my product, what do I do?
A: Send a message to our support team through Amazon and describe your issue. We will respond to your issue as soon as we can and provide you with your return or replacement options. If your television screen has been broken during shipping, don't fret! We will make sure this gets taken care of for you! Message us and we will work with you to get a refund/replacement. 

Q: Not happy with your product or changed your mind?
A: Message our support team through Amazon and describe your return reason. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. 

Q: What other instructions are needed for returns?
A: All returns to Dakota PC require that they must be in the same condition as received and include the same outer packaging (including overboxed packaging if that is what it was sent in), all disks, all instruction manuals, remotes, cables, registration cards, chargers and all other accessories. Returns without all original contents or original packaging are subject to additional fees. 

Q: I have taken the item out of the country but want to return it. Now what?
A: Unfortunately, all returns must be made from the address in which it was shipped to. Dakota PC is only responsible for return shipping from the original shipping address. Please keep this in mind when purchasing an item.

Q: I sent you my returned package. How do I receive a refund?
A: Returns will be examined for all accessories and functionality within5 days of the date received. Returns without all original contents and packaging are subject to additional fees. 

OTHER

Q: Am I charged sales tax?
A: By law, we are required to collect 7% sales tax for items and shipping to addresses located in Nebraska.
