Shipping Policies

Depending on your location and size of the order, shipments are made via United States Postal Service with a delivery confirmation. 

Orders are shipped out within 2 business (working) days, Monday thru Friday.  These exclude any holidays and weekends.  Orders are generally delivered within 10 business days of the SHIPMENT date.  Please note that during the holiday seasons, delivery may be delayed due to high volume. Expedited orders take 1-3 business days after shipping.

1       How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order. Our standard ground shipping takes 4-14 business days for the continental United States. We ship all USA domestic orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation. WEEKENDS ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS

2.     Wrong Item Received?

First off we sincerely apologize for any shipping mistakes. We have yet to find a perfect fulfillment company to handle our shipments but we work very hard with them to avoid this. If you received a wrong order due to our mistake, simply return the item within 7-days of purchase. We will gladly replace the merchandise and pay the shipping costs. Please contact our shipping department with your invoice number and we will immediately get the proper order to you.

If you have not received your order within twenty business days of your date of purchase please contact us to confirm your shipping address and we will resend your order immediately. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment,

status on that particular item. Anticipated delivery dates

Cell Factory Outlet is happy to offer our exclusive EZ NO-

HASSLE RETURN POLICY - If you are not happy with a cell

phone accessory, you may return the item for REPLACEMENT OR

REFUND within thirty (30) days of receipt.

All returns must be accompanied by a Wireless Emporium RMA

number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us.

Be sure to include the following information:

    * Reason for request for RMA

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without

an RMA number.

20% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or

* PLEASE NOTE: Due to sanitary issues with Bluetooth

headsets Cell Factory Outlet does not accept returns on

headset products which have been opened.

Customers must contact the headset manufacturer for all

defective/warranty issues on headsets that have had the

packaging opened.

If an item is defective it may only be exchanged with an

equivalent product if we are unable to supply the same item

or if the item cannot be repaired. Any return shipping cost

is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping and

handling fees are non-refundable. This includes all refused

and unaccepted packages.
