Electronic Express Return Policy

When you order from Electronic Express, we fulfill and ship our own inventory.  Any return is sent back to Electronic Express as well. We strive to maintain a return policy that is in line with that of all other major online retailers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us by phone or email:

If you wish to return your product, Electronic Express will issue you a return shipping label.  The cost of the label will be deducted from the return total, unless the reason for the return is a result from an error caused by Electronic Express or the product is defective or damaged.  If you wish to ship the product back yourself, without a return label, please contact Electronic Express to get your RA number to put with your product.  The product must be packaged back in its original packaging and in shippable condition and then affix the shipping label to the product.  If it is possible and you choose to have us pick the package up from you, it is your responsibility to be available for the shipper.  If you fail to do this, you may pass the time frame necessary to return your product and receive a refund.

 

*Exceptions

Computers (laptops & desktops)

 

  • New desktop, laptops, or tablets purchased from Electronic Express that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

 

  • Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

 

  • Electronic Express requests all Computers and tablets be reset to factory setting and have all password / locks removed before being returned.

 

  • Camcorders, Digital Cameras, Video Game Hardware, and GPS Units, are subject to the same rules

  

Watches

 

  • All product packaging – including the box, warranty and any other paperwork must be returned with the product

 

  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

 

  • Watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.

 

 

Televisions

 

o    If you aren't 100% satisfied with your TV purchase, you may return any new or like-new Television within 30 days for a refund. All returned items must be in their original box and include all the original packing material, manuals, and accessories.

 

o    Electronic Express will accept your return; we just ask that you pay for return shipping. You'll also need to pack the TV in its original box with all original packing material, and accessories. If the TV was shipped via Freight delivery, we will arrange and schedule the pickup

 

o    It is always possible for a TV to be damaged in shipping, so we ask that you inspect the TV before signing, not just the box. Please refuse the delivery and contact us if you notice damage to the TV itself.  All damage related claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

 

Appliances

 

  • All customers who live outside of our local delivery area of Middle Tennessee and North Alabama will receive correspondence regarding the Freight delivery process.  We also advise customers to measure before having an Appliance ship to their residence. 
  • If the customer is confident, we will ship their product.  In the event the product does not fit, even after measuring, or are just not happy with their purchase, we ask they are packaged the way they have been received to prevent damage during return shipping. 
  • To return an Appliance shipped with Freight Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the Appliance, they bring their own packaging materials. 
  • In the event the Appliance arrives damaged, no return shipping cost will be incurred and an exchange or return will immediately be started 
  • Electronic Express requests that you inspect your Appliance for damage upon delivery and report any issue within 48 hours  

Note:  Electronic Express will not accept returns on products missing Serial Numbers and UPC’s  

**Return Shipping Costs

 

o    If you return an item using a return shipping label we send to you via email (drop-off or pickup), and the reason for return is not a result of an Electronic Express error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

o    If you receive a damaged product, please call or email us within 24-48 so that we may set up arrangements for return / exchange, as described above.  No return shipping cost will be incurred in this event.

o    Customer Refusals will result in the customer having to pay for the shipping cost to their residence and back to Electronic Express.   If Electronic Express received a notice to cancel the order prior to shipping, you will not be charged any shipping fees.

 

***Restocking Fees

 

Electronic Express reserves the right to charge restocking fees in situations outlined above.  Whenever a product is returned and it is determined there is misuse, damage or neglect, based on the condition in which the product is received, a restocking fee will be determined.  It is our hope we never have to apply this type of additional charge.

Electronic Express Shipping Rates

All merchandise from Electronic Express is Brand New, Factory Sealed and comes with a full USA warranty. All orders are trackable online.  Tracking details will be emailed automatically once the order has left our warehouse.

Most orders ship via FedEx.  Smaller shipments may ship via USPS, depending on weight & delivery location.  Large TVs & Appliances are shipped via FedEx Freight.  Shipping is to curbside only.  Freight shipments typically arrive within 5-7 business days.  Delivery window will be coordinated with customer after order has been placed.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO locations.

Some orders may require signature upon delivery depending on cost, size and location.

Sales Tax is collected for Tennessee orders only.

Price Guarantees are not available for Electronic Express products sold via Amazon.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

Shipping Policies

TV Policy

Every television we sell carries full manufacturer's warranty.  If you are experiencing technical problems (Any Defective Issues) with your television, please contact an authorized repair center.  To locate the most convenient authorized service center in your area, please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer.

In the unlikely event that any television, 20" or larger, is damaged upon arrival, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate the claim process with the freight carrier.
