Appliance-Parts-Direct Shipping Rates

Appliance Parts Direct ships appliance parts to the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii, and U.S. protectorates. We also ship laundry equipment to selected metro areas in California and Nevada.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

Shipping Policies

Appliance Parts Direct utilizes FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ship our appliance parts products. We will determine the shipping carrier depending on the items ordered and which of our distribution centers are shipping the product(s).


Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are normally shipped from our distribution center by the next business day.

Laundry equipment is delivered (and optionally installed) by our local delivery and service technicians in selected metro areas in California and Nevada.

Q: What is your return policy for Washers and Dryers?
A: Customers must pay for return freight on all Washers and Dryers. Items in less than new condition or without the factory packaging will be subject to a restocking fee of 20-50%, depending on the condition of the item.

ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING OR BAGGING AND MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED OR INSTALLED. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR INSTALLED OR ARE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT.

If your return is due to damaged or defective merchandise, a incorrect shipment, or other error on our part, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided during the returns process, or may be requested by contacting our customer service department via your Amazon account. Appliance Parts Direct will not reimburse customers for return shipment postage.

Depending on the reasons and disposition of the return, buyers may be responsible for return shipping label costs and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

All returns MUST be clearly marked with an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from the return created on your Amazon account for the item(s). Please use a shipment method that provides shipment tracking for your protection.
