For food items, returns will not be accepted unless prior written consent from Snacks4Sale is authorized. This reflects the fact that edible items may not be returned due to Federal food tampering laws, but if the item has a recall or manufacturer defect, then either we or the manufacturer will settle these issues direct with you.
For non-edible items, returns will only be accepted if the package has not been opened and is in the original condition as shipped. Please contact Snacks4Sale for a return authorization. If a return authorization is accepted, all merchandise must be in original packaging and must be in good condition. If a return is accepted, once product is received and inspected, credit will be processed within one week. No credit is given for shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
Product substitutions are occassionally made by Snacks4Sale on an initial order where the manufacturer has altered the product size or discontinued a given product line. In these cases we will provide you a quality substitute. If you are not happy with the substitute product provided then we will either replace the item or provide a refund.

At Snacks4Sale, we strive to ensure that food items are of top quality and fresh when you receive them. As such we don't stock large warehouses of product, rather we work with our suppliers to have food items delivered to us a number of times a week to ensure they are fresh for our customers.
Accordingly, product orders are shipped typically within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Where we are waiting on fresh delivery this may be slightly longer, however all orders are shipped within 3-4 days of receipt. Where an item is out of stock or backordered, then we will attempt to contact you to discuss whether you would like a substitute item.
Packages to the Continental US are sent by FEDEX ground unless faster shipping is requested. We do not do overnight deliveries. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
Our shipping rates are based upon the published FEDEX ground rates.
If an item is damaged in shipping, often the freight company will notify us and return the package to us mid-transit. In such cases we will notify you of the damage and send a replacement to you within 48 hours. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately.
If your item does not arrive on the day scheduled by the tracking number please contact us so we can follow up with FEDEX or USPS to determine if any delays have occurred at their end.
