Q-How do you ensure our products will not spill of break upon shipping?

A-We take special care and pride with shipping all orders.  If they are fragile items or liquids we use special bags, support devices and protective packages to ensure you get your order in tact and safe.

 

Q-Do you allow for Saturday deliveries?

A-Yes, we ship packages less than 3 lbs. via USPS which allows for Saturday delivery to most addresses. (General Delivery to remote areas may be excluded.)  Orders over 2 lbs.will ship via FEDEX allowing for Saturday deliveries to residential addresses.   Their is no extra charge for this service unless you do choose expedited shipment methods.

Q-Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

A-Yes.  Orders are packaged and shipped via USPS Mon-Fri.  Due to the war, USPS does not guarantee delivery transit times to war zones.  Orders may take as few as 2 days to arrive at military addresses.  Rarely do they take 6-8 weeks transit time but USPS claims this happens occasionally regardless of shipping Priority or Express DURING WAR.  Very heavy packages may be shipped Parcel Post if a flat rate priority box is not large enough.

Gift Wrap and Gift Messaging

You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled by Amazon.com or selected Amazon Merchants. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters--about 10 lines of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient. For items fulfilled by Amazon.com, you can also choose to use Amazon.com gift-wrapping designed exclusively for our customers, in which case we will print your message on a gift card. Otherwise, we'll include your message on the packing slip.
