Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Return Policy


Northeast Deals will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date so long the item is unopened/unused. We will not accept returns on products that were opened, damaged or product is missing. Items must be in the original condition as received in order to receive a refund. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on toilet commode, sitz bath, etc. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part. What happens if I receive a product that is different than what I ordered?

In a case in which your products are not as described in our listing on AMAZON.COM, or we accidentally shipped out the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge. We will also credit the cost of your return shipping charges once the item in question has been returned to us. If you choose not to receive the correct item, we will fully refund you once the returned product is back at our warehouse and processed.

How do I return an item purchased from the Online Store?

You are required to email us through Amazon.com for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All authorized returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
