HA World Online values the privacy of your personal data.

Q: What is your policy if a customer changes their mind, or no longer wants a purchase made from you and wishes to return it for a full refund?

A: HA World Online is happy to process any and all returns for our customers, for any reason, in accordance with Amazon's Restocking and Returns policy. However, we do charge a restocking fee in the amount of 20% for the following types of return requests...
1) Buyer changes mind, 
2) Buyer remorse, or price difference, 
3) Buyer refuses delivery unless the package was refused due to visible damage that occurred during shipment.
4) For any reason other than if the item was received defective or damaged in shipping.
If a Buyer returns an item, but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective, is materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller, or is missing parts for reasons other than the seller's error, we may charge up to a 50% restocking fee. 

All returns are subject to our Returns Policy Terms and Conditions as well as Amazon's Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policies.  All shipping costs associated with returning a purchase for a refund shall be paid for by the Buyer (No exceptions).  We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns - we recommend purchasing insurance for all return packages.
