Return or Replacement Policy
Return or Replacement Policy: If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it
within 30 days of the order date, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to
a) Contact Quick-Ship Fulfillment Experts to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.
b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened new condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their blister-pack display packaging do not qualify for a full refund.
c) Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
d) The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in brand new condition it will be subject to industry standard 15% restocking fee. If your return is missing accessory components, or shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees may be higher. So please limit your Returns to unopened items in their original condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact. For specific restocking fees that may be applicable to your Return, please contact us.
e) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.
f) If the Return is due to our error, please contact us for a pre-paid Shipping Label, which would enable you to return the product at our expense. [Please note: This does not include Manufacturer defects.]
g) Computer/Laptops purchased from Quick-Ship Fulfillment Experts that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Quick-Ship Fulfillment Experts tests "dead on arrival" returns and imposes a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. All serial numbers are recorded and verified upon return. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will be refused and returned to the customer. Quick-Ship Fulfillment Experts will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 14 days from the date of the order.
Non-Returnable Categories: BBQ Grills; Consumable, Perishable, and/or Sensitized items, such as: Paper, Ink, Lamps, Bulbs, Batteries, and Software; Car Stereo, DJ, and Home Audio; DVD Players; Video Games and Consoles; Home and Kitchen Appliances; Luggage; Musical Instruments; Personal Care; Printers and Scanners; Projection Screens; Televisions; Headphones/Earphones; Special Order items, where indicated; and all items over $1000.00.
Purchases from these categories are final. If any of the above items are defective, customer must return them to the respective authorized service centers for repair or replacement at the option of the Manufacturer. These items cannot be returned.
Gift Wrap and Gift Messaging
You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled by Amazon.com or selected Amazon Merchants. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters--about 10 lines of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient. For items fulfilled by Amazon.com, you can also choose to use Amazon.com gift-wrapping designed exclusively for our customers, in which case we will print your message on a gift card. Otherwise, we'll include your message on the packing slip.
