We will offer to pay the return shipment cost if the purchased item is a manufacturer defect item.  Return are subject to 20 percent restocking fee for any reason other than manufacturer defect or malfunction.The items will be checked by a third party technician, should the return reason be a misrepresentation 25 percent restocking fee will be applied and the return shipping cost will not be refunded.

In order for us to effectively process your RMA request it is essential to include everything that is shipped with the item. This may include but is not limited to: manuals, software, cables and the original retail packaging.
Once the return is authorized the item must be received within 10 days after authorization of the return or the return authorization will be cancelled. Item received past this period will be charged 50 percent restocking fee regardless of the return reason.
Items that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
1. without a valid, readable serial number. The serial number of the item should be matched with our record, if the SN is other than the recorded number that is not purchased from us and will be sent back.

2. The item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

3. the item that exhibits physical damage.

We will charge a restocking fee of 25 to 50 percent of the purchase price in the following events:

1-      The item is packed in a hard plastic sealed by the manufacturer.

2-      The box has been written over or taped along and caused damage to the box.

3-      Misrepresentation of the reason returning: We reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 25 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product

4-      Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.


For all returns other than manufacturer defects, buyer is responsible to pay for shipping to us and be able to provide us a tracking number. We will pay for shipping the replacement.

If there is no replacement for the item or the buyer prefers not to receive an item for exchange, we will refund the purchase price.

We do our best to maintain the accuracy of product information; however, we are not responsible for typo graphical error in our listing.

Gift Wrap and Gift Messaging

You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled by Amazon.com or selected Amazon Merchants. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters--about 10 lines of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient.
