Q) Where is my order?

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Tracking is delayed by one business day from the date of shipment. Essentially, you should receive your tracking within 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once tracking is received, it will be updated in your order information, and emailed to you. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.
Q) What if I would like to cancel my order? 
  • We recommend contacting us via email through "contact seller."We try to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has populated into our system. However, we will do our best to get your order cancelled for you.We're happy to cancel customer orders, as we would rather you be completely satisfied with your purchase then receive something you no longer want. However, the timing is crucial when attempting to cancel an online order. All orders are fulfilled through a separate facility, so we're unable to control the speed in which things are processed.
Q) My item arrived with some damaged or missing parts - can you provide these?
  • We do not carry pieces and parts of products, and it is the policy of our warehouse that packaged items not be opened and parts removed. If your item is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us so that we may get a new item to you, or process a refund of your order.
Q) What if I received the wrong item?
  • If the wrong item was received, please contact us via telephone or email. If the item was shipped incorrectly on our part, we can have the correct item reshipped out to you, or issue a refund to your account - whichever you prefer.
Q) How do I return an item I no longer want or need?
  • You can return the item to us at: Deerso, Attn: Returns, 910 SE 14th Pl, Cape Coral, FL 33990. Please include a copy of the packing list received with your shipment. You may contact us via telephone or email with any return questions.
Q) What is your return policy?
  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date. All we ask is that your return is sent to us in new, unused and resalable condition within 60 days of the original purchase date. And obviously send the item back in the original manufacturer's packaging with all of the accessories included....you know, like all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards and such!
Q) Who is responsible for the return shipping fees?
  • If the incorrect item was received due to our error, we are responsible for the return shipping fees. If the incorrect item was ordered, or you would like to return the item because you no longer need it, do no like it, etc., then you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please contact us in the event a damaged or defective item is received.
Q) Can I refuse the package?
  • We DO NOT encourage you to refuse the package if you decide you no longer want the item(s), or if you decide to cancel your order. If the package is refused and is shipped back to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. 
Q) Where is my refund?
  • You should see your refund within 1-3 business days from the date an order was cancelled, or from the date an order was received back in our warehouse (in the case of a return). Upon arrival at the Deerso warehouse, all returned items are inspected. Your refund will be processed after we receive, inspect, and verify your return. We will do our very best to process your return as quickly as possible, but fluctuations in the number of returns received on any given day can/will delay your refund a bit. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund as soon as it has been fully processed.

Gift Wrap and Gift Messaging

You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled by Amazon.com or selected Amazon Merchants. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters--about 10 lines of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient. For items fulfilled by Amazon.com, you can also choose to use Amazon.com gift-wrapping designed exclusively for our customers, in which case we will print your message on a gift card.
