To initiate a return request it through your order history in Amazon and follow instructions in Return authorization procedure if your return is authorized. Please note not all items may be returned or may have additional limitations. We sell at the lowest margins and the only way to do this is to ensure the very rare defective item is repaired by the manufacturer through the warranty as the manufacturers state themselves and to prevent abuse and fraud in returns. Unfortunately, it is too common and small sellers like me can not and will not "write it off". Buyer's remorse can happen but it comes with an expense. We sell new items that are latest models at a very low cost with the lowest margins. Support and manufacturer warranties are all included with every item we sell.

My product doesn't seem to be working as expected, what should I do?

First off I'm sorry you're having trouble with your purchase. No need to worry as most issues can be resolved with something as simple as a reboot surprising enough. Also as a reminder all of my products are backed by the full manufacturer warranty. Sometime new technology might just behave different from what you're used to so try reaching out to us for clarification. Otherwise any product received as defective on delivery should be reported within 30 days of the order date. However, during this time and after the manufacturer warranty can cover tech support to repair. We sell the "big brand" technology, not the generic or stripped down version made by smaller companies. ASUS, Lenovo, Acer, Intel... all trusted for their quality, features and reliability. From purchase to service.   

What is your return policy?

Amazon.com return policy for computers is as follows

  • New desktop, laptops or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from Amazon.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Amazon.com may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
  • Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

My item isn't working as I expected!

Before you file a return you can either utilize Amazon.com free Tech support included in all of my sales. Or you can contact me to make sure the item is fully set up and this issues you're having aren't due to user error.If they can't be fixed by dAmazon tech support I recommend first contacting the manufacturer to see if they have a fix for it and obtain an RMA if it needs to be repaired. 


ALL MY ITEMS ARE SOLD BRAND NEW WITH FULL WARRANTY. Manufacturers, themselves say do not return ro store or seller but contact them.

All new products sold by Rock Bottom Pricez contain a warranty directly from the manufacturer. In the event of any defects please refer to the warranty, You may contact us for assistance locating manufacturer contact information. 
We follow Amazon.com return policy guidelines and our policies are as follows.

Items stated as Defective on Arrival (DOA) must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. DOA items may request a return for a refund, minus Shipping and handling. Original packaging  and all accessories/documentation must be included.  All outbound Shipping Fees, including items with free shipping, are non refundable and buyer must pay for return shipping. Requests for returns or exchange or credit must be made and if approved item returned within 30 days of order date.

Packages will not be accepted without an RMA number and will be returned to you via the designated carrier. To obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), please contact us through Amazon's Return Requests link. Product must be received within 7 days of RMA being issued or 30 days of order date whichever is sooner. 

Returns must be received in the condition they were sent. New items must be new, unopened and sealed with original factory seal or shrink wrap. Items not received in the condition they were sent are subject to a restocking fee of of 30% minimum to 50% in accordance with Amazon policy. All returned product must be accompanied with the original manufacturer box, packaging, and factory included accessories.  If you do not include all of these, the return may be refused or a higher restocking fee may be assessed. Refused deliveries are subject to a shipping charge of outbound cost and a 20% fee.

All original Serial Numbers are recorded and return of any item not matching our original inventory will result in a refusal of the return/refund. We inspect every return to ensure all items and accessories and original packaging are returned as well as to verify the item condition matches what was stated by customer. 

These may seem limiting but we stand behind our brand new warrantied items. We sell at the lowest margins and provide fast shipping all tax free. All items are brand new and come with warranties. I recommend referring to manufacturer and we can assist you in this, in fact the manufacturers even tell you to contact them before the merchant. That's what they make money for, Brand and warranties. This allows us to sell at low cost and deters returns or buyers remorse described as a defective product or claiming item not as described.
