Are your items new or refurbished?

All our items are brand new and come with a limited warranty. For warranty period and information, please refer to the product detail page.

 
Can I make changes to my order?

To request and confirm changes to your existing order, email at customerservice@techorbits.com . If we receive your email request before your items ship, we may be able to modify the order before it is sent to the warehouse. In many cases, however, the order may be in the "shipped" status and unable to be modified.

 I have not received my tracking number, has my order been shipped what is the status ?

 Unless you have been sent a tracking number, it is highly unlikely that your item has shipped. If the item is not in stock, you should have received an email informing you of back order (ie that the item is not currently in stock and we are awaiting its arrival). If you have not been informed as such please contact us at customerservice@techorbits.com.

 I want to cancel an order I have already made, what can I do?

If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel your order and refund all applicable charges. Please email us to customerservice@techorbits.com to place a cancellation request.

You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled by Amazon.com or selected Amazon Merchants. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters--about 10 lines of text.
