Q: What is your return/refund policy?

A: These policies apply to items that are NOT sold by way of FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon):

1. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened and function properly. This is because far too many times, items have been purchased for events and then returned once the event was over.
2. We accept returns on items that have NOT been opened, but the buyer is responsible for the return cost, just as it is with Amazon's policies.
3. Amazon will provide free-of-charge return labels if the purchased item is damaged, non-working, missing parts, etc. However, we usually do not ask the buyer to return an item in this condition. We will typically ask for an explanation and, sometimes, a picture of the damage and then apply a full refund w/o the hassle of return.

Q:  How can I be sure to receive my item(s) in a safe and timely manner?
A:  Any item(s) ordered from Boothill Sales are packaged professionally and in the mail system within two business days, excluding Saturdays, excepting large items with have a 6-day handling time and shipping time added onto that. The reason for this is that we retail our large items for our suppliers, and they handle the shipping.

Q:  Do you offer Delivery Confirmation?
A:  Any item(s) that have a gross total sale of $15 or more will be delivered with Delivery Confirmation for tracking purposes. Sometimes, our large item suppliers do not provide tracking. In that case, we will mark your item as shipped, but there will be no tracking number, unfortunately.

Q:  Do you answer questions when I send them to you via email?
A:  Every single question is answered within 48 hours, usually, much, much less.  You will NEVER be ignored!  You are our reason for being here.

Gift Wrap and Gift Messaging

You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled by Amazon.com or selected Amazon Merchants. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters--about 10 lines of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient. For items fulfilled by Amazon.com, you can also choose to use Amazon.com gift-wrapping designed exclusively for our customers, in which case we will print your message on a gift card.
