Q. How are refunds processed?
A. If purchase is sent by amazon FBA, amazon.com handles the details of the returns. If the purchase is sent by Lunar Lily and Vertical Vortex, orders will be refunded if returned in NEW, unopened condition, with tags attached or boxes factory sealed and the shipping charge to send you the item will be deducted from the refund if we are offering free shipping.
Q. How quickly do you ship?
A. Lunar Lily and Vertical Vortex works hard to send your item out quickly. We generally ship USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package. You will generally see your item ship within 1 business day of the order.

Top Quality Goods Return Policy:
1) We must be notified of the return withinÂ 7 days from date of receipt.Â We are unable to accept returns after the 7 days from date of receipt according to your tracking/delivery confirmation number.
2) The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If the item is opened, played with, and/or brokenÂ we cannot accept it back. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us we cannot refund the merchandise and we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping. If the factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back. When returning an item, please pack carefully and for your protection, we recommend insurance and/or tracking.Â Packaging must be instact and resellable for a refund.
3) If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, we made an error and sent the wrong item to you), we will send you a return address label that is prepaid for no cost return shipping and issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
4) If the return is because you changed your mind after ordering it and decided that you don't want it, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.Â
5) Packages returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or similar wording, are subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee to help us recoup our costs involved. Â If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address, Top Quality Goods is not responsible. We are unable to alter addresses that are input at the time you place your order. Please be sure to enter the correct address.

You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled by Amazon.com or selected Amazon Merchants. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters--about 10 lines of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient. For items fulfilled by Amazon.com, you can also choose to use Amazon.com gift-wrapping designed exclusively for our customers, in which case we will print your message on a gift card.
