You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused/sealed and in the same condition/packaging that you received it. After 7 days we will refund the item cost minus a 15% restocking fee for a sealed/unused item. For any opened/used products that you wish to return there will be a 25% restocking fee.
For defective products covered under a manufacturer's warranty, all products must be serviced directly with the manufacturer. The item will be inspected and the issue diagnosed. If the defect is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced in accordance to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping and insuring the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
