We have outlined below our Standard Return and Damaged and Defective Items policies. If you have any questions or concerns about these policies, please contact our Customer Care Department.
Returns are accepted for most merchandise but only with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please see the list below for excluded items. Items not in the excluded categories can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date or 15 days from receipt, whichever is longer. Products eligible for return are new, unused, unopened and in their original and unaltered packaging. To return an item, click on the “Return or replace item” button in your Amazon order. We will then receive an email with your request. Provided the item is eligible for return, our Customer Care Team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide Return Instructions. Return shipping is not included and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging when preparing it for shipment. We recommended you get a tracking number for the shipment. Gatzies is not responsible for any product lost or damaged during return transit so please be sure it is insured by the carrier. Please note that if an item is received in less than new condition, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
Please let us know within 5 business days of receipt if the item you received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Photos of defective or damaged items are likely required. Some items may need to be returned. In that case, a prepaid label will be sent. Your Customer Care Specialist will guide you through the process. Items that are defective may be covered under a warranty. Depending on the situation, we may provide you with the Manufacturer's Contact Information to seek a replacement.
After 30 days, all warranties are the responsibility of the original manufacturer. Gatzies makes no additional warranty implied or assumed, other than those of the original manufacturer unless otherwise noted.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

- Select a payment method and select Continue
The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Gatzies ships all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Gatzies through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Gatzies may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Gatzies through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
