STANDARD RETURN POLICY:  General returns qualified as “buyer’s remorse” are accepted within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.  Items may not be returned, under any conditions, if they are not in “as new” condition with all original components, packaging and paperwork exactly as they were received. Returns must be preapproved by NetRush. Please contact us directly for return authorization. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments will be subject to return fees. Shipping is never “free”, though pricing may state such. Our shipping costs are included in the listed price of your item and that amount will be withheld from your refund. Standard returns will not be refunded shipping charges and up to a 20% restocking fee will be deducted per the manufacturer’s return policy.

Buyer’s remorse includes, but is not limited to:
• Accidental orders/ordering incorrect items
•  A product does not perform as expected but is not defective or damaged (Please note that not all items can be returned if opened such as consumable products. Please contact us to inquire if your opened item qualifies for a return.)
• Choosing to return a damaged item instead of accepting replacement parts (Some manufacturers will not accept damaged returns for full credit but rather offer to replace any damaged parts, free of charge.)

DAMAGED ORDERS: We must be notified immediately of orders that arrive with damage. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect packages before signing for them. If the driver will wait, open the package and have them note any damage to the product. Inform us immediately that you have received a damaged package. If signature is not required for delivery, if you are unable to accept delivery, or if there is concealed damage this must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Carriers have a small window in which they will process a damage claim for concealed damage to an item that was not originally noted. If a claim cannot be filed due to late notice, your return may be subject to return fees.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS: If an item is defective or we made an error processing your order, a prepaid return label will be issued for the return. After we verify the item(s) are being returned we will send a replacement. Refunds are issued after the return is delivered to our warehouse.

• Manufacturer’s Guarantees: NetRush is not liable for any guarantee or advertisement released by the manufacturer.  If your product has any guarantee please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
• Expiration Guarantee: We are not generally able to get specific expiration dates for products as they ship from multiple warehouses and stock changes daily. We do guarantee that the expiration date on the product you receive will be at least 3 months out and/or it can be used before the expiration date if consumed per the manufacturer’s recommended dosage or serving size.

UNDELIVERABLE/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES: NetRush is not responsible for shipping charges when orders are returned due to undeliverable addresses.  After the order is returned a refund will be issued.  All shipping costs and up to a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.  Before placing an order please check to make sure you are using the correct address.  Most items less than 2lbs are shipped via USPS. Larger items such as electronics and furniture are shipped using UPS, FedEx or a freight carrier. If you need to know the shipping method before placing the order, please contact us.

CANCELLATIONS: NetRush has built automated systems to ship products as quickly as possible to ensure timely receipt of your order. Orders cannot always be cancelled but if you request cancellation we will do our best to stop the order before it is too far along in processing. Orders can usually be cancelled up to 30 minutes after the order is placed. To ensure your cancellation request is easily noticeable, be sure to use “cancellation” as the email subject.  After an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.  This includes the shipping address. If your order has already shipped, please accept the package and contact us for return authorization to return the package for a partial refund.

LOST SHIPMENTS & OTHER ORDER ISSUES: If you have not received your order and tracking shows it has been delivered you must report it to us within 30 days of the shipping date.  Tracking is provided via your Amazon account so you can monitor the shipping process. If 30 days has passed since tracking shows an order as delivered, NetRush is unable to provide assistance and will not reship or refund your order. If a lost package claim needs to be filed with the carrier, we reserve the right to wait for the claim to close before a replacement order is shipped or refund processed as lost orders may be found and redelivered. All other issues not mentioned in the above policies also need to be brought to NetRush’s attention within 30 days.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

Shipping Policies

Free Standard Delivery For Non-Freight Items
NetRush uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver orders. The item you are ordering dictates which carrier will be used.  In most cases, items under 2lbs are sent using USPS. Larger items will be sent UPS or FedEx ground. All standard deliveries can take 4 to 14 business days to arrive. Please note P.O. Boxes are not eligible for free standard delivery.  If you are unable to use a physical address for shipping and use a P.O. Box, an additional shipping charge will be added to your total after the item is added to the shopping cart.  If you would like to receive more information about our shipping capabilities please contact us.

Free Freight Delivery
For items over 150lbs NetRush uses ground/LTL curbside delivery. This includes delivery to the curb and does not include unpacking or installation.  Haul away and debris removal also is not included.  All NetRush items over 150lbs are delivered using this shipping level. 

If you require In-Home White Glove Delivery there will be an additional fee. This includes delivery to the first floor of the home and uncrating of the item. It does not include installation. This service is only possible if the location is prepared to accept delivery.  Meaning the area the item is to be placed must be cleared and a path to reach the area must be clear of obstructions.  If necessary doors must be removed so the item can easily be taken inside.  The carrier will not wait for this to be done.  This service needs to be setup immediately after placing an order before shipping.  Please contact us and we will inform you of the additional fee.  Fees vary depending on the item and the carrier being used. You can also setup this service directly through the carrier.

Freight Forwarding Or Cargo Companies-

We are very sorry, but we are currently not shipping large electronics or appliances to freight forwarding businesses. If you live overseas we do not recommend shipping these items through a freight forwarding or cargo company. We can only guarantee safe delivery within the contiguous U.S States. Once an item leaves the U.S. we cannot be responsible for damaged or defective units. Please note we check all addresses before processing the orders, if we find the shipping address is a freight forwarding or cargo company, your order will be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 Recieving Shipments - IMPORTANT

All freight deliveries will be scheduled. Typically the carrier will contact you and establish a delivery window. You must be present during the delivery of a freight shipment. However not all ground shipments are signature required.

 Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within approximately 7-10 business days. Upon receipt, it is of the utmost importance that, prior to accepting and signing for your package with the carrier; you inspect the shipping box thoroughly, open the box and inspect the contents. All shipments must be checked for discrepancies and damages upon arrival. If a box arrives with any damage or you open the package and there is damage to the item inside YOU MUST NOTE THIS when you sign for shipment. Please do not refuse shipment! The manufacturer reserves the right to send replacement parts, and any refused shipment may be subject to return fees. Please ask the driver to wait, and give us a call if it is within our normal business hours (8am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday). If we are unavailable, please note any damaged or missing parts with the driver.

 If you are not home when the package arrives, please be sure to check the box thoroughly right away, open it and inspect the contents. If anything is damaged or missing parts, please contact us right away.

 Please keep all original cartons and packing materials. If you do not have the original shipment box, the product CANNOT be returned to us.
 If a shipment is damaged in transit a claim is filed with the shipper. The claims process can take from 2 weeks up to 6 weeks. We will always do our best to get your claim processed as quickly as possible, but we do reserve the right to complete the claims process if necessary before reshipping or refunding your purchase.

Tax Information
