RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns will not be accepted for printers, scanners, film, paper, chemistry and software. This policy insures that you will always receive fresh, temperature controlled materials. Defective printers, scanners, film, paper, chemistry and software are subject to their respective manufacturer's policies. All computers and tablets are not returnable unless they are unopened with all seals intact.  Any computers or tablets returned opened without a RMA will be treated as used equipment, and processed accordingly.  All professional series camera bodies (Canon 1 series, Nikon D series) that have shutter actuation counters fall under our 10 day return policy. In addition, ALL DSLR cameras and Nikon 1 series cameras MUST have less than 100 acutuations on the shutter. Please contact us regarding defective exchanges at 800-900-6676 within the first 21 days for all professional series cameras.

UAVs or Aerial Drones are non-refundable.  If you receive a defective, please contact us immediately, and we will swap out the defective unit for a new unit.  Once used, UAVs or Aerial Drones fall under the manufacturer's warranty, and again are non-refundable.

A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Merchandise returned for refund, credit or exchange is subject to prior approval from NCC Management and must be in PERFECT COSMETIC CONDITION with all supplied accessories and undamaged packaging. All guarantee cards, warranty cards, instruction manuals and other printed materials must be unmarked and included.

Approved equipment and/or supplies returns/exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned within 10 days from date of purchase. Approved returns/exchanges made 11-21 days from date of purchase may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 21 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Date of purchase is defined as the day you place the order.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER: Orders canceled after they have shipped will NOT be refunded the shipping charge.  If your order received "free" shipping, or a discounted fixed rate shipping (i.e. $2.99, $4.99) and you cancel the order AFTER the order shipped, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds or Exchanges that result through no fault of Norman Camera (ordered wrong size/color/model, etc.) will NOT be credited shipping charges upon receipt.  If your order received "free" shipping, or a discounted fixed rate shipping (i.e. $2.99, $4.99) and the order is returned for a reason that is no fault of Norman Camera, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the return.  In the case of exchanges, regardless of whether or not the original order received free shipping, the exchanged item being sent out is subject to actual shipping charges, to be paid prior to shipment.

If your package is returned to us due to non-pickup, refused package, or otherwise returned to sender, the 2 way shipping charge we will incur from FedEx will come off of your return prior to a refund being issued.

1. Submit a request through Amazon to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.
2. Package the item(s) to be returned in a secure shipping box. Products shipped in for return/exchange without external packaging will be refused.
3. Place the RMA number on the shipping label and send to:

4. For your protection, we recommend shipping the item(s) insured (full product value) with a carrier that can track the shipment (UPS, FEDEX, AIRBORNE).

RETURN/EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS

All Sony product customer support is handled by Sony. For customer support and service please call 1-888-449-7669.  Once the seal is broken on a Sony item, it is non-refundable as new, and if returned will be treated as used equipment.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The buyer is responsible for all fees, charges, customs, shipping charges, and any other costs associated with the return.  You MUST contact us for authorization of a return and assignment of a RMA number.  Failure to do so will result in a refusal of the return.  In the event of a return, the package must be marked "VENDOR RETURN".

In the event an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the refund.

Please ship all International Returns back via FedEx.  UPS will charge brokerage fees even if the item is marked as a vendor return, and those chargesd will be deducted from the return.

PLEASE REMEMBER ALL ORDERS >$500 WILL SHIP SIGNATURE REQUIRED AND WILL NOT BE LEFT AT YOUR DOOR, ORDERS SHIPPED TO AN APARTMENT WILL ALSO BE SHIPPED SIGNATURE REQUIRED. You can track your package at Fedex website and they will be able to give you the date your package will arrive. Due to our Security & Fraud Protection Policy once your order has been placed through Amazon the address cannot be changed to any location other than the shipping address provided to Amazon at the time of the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The recipient for international shipments is responsible for ALL import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, and any other fees imposed by the carrier or country of delivery.  We are not able to determine those charges in advance, nor do we have any ability to control said charges.  When generating shipments we will disclose the actual items contained within the shipment, and the actual value of the items; we are unable to change the description or value for any reason.

In the event an international shipment is refused or returned for any reason, all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, return shipping charges, and any other fees imposed by the carrier, country of delivery, or incurred as a result of the refusal/return will be the responsibility of the owner, and in the case of a return will be deducted from the Amazon refund.

We have established and maintained a stong reputation for customer service and satisfaction in the West Michigan community for over 40 years and are committed to bringing those same values to our on-line store. We are an authorized dealer for every product we sell. Every product we sell comes in the original packaging, in factory sealed packages, with all of the items included by the manufacturer. Every product we sell comes with the USA Warranties supplied by the manufacturer.

Post-Order Price Match Policy

Our price match policy is the same as Amazon's, copied here: we do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. We consistently offer competitive prices on everything we carry because we know low prices are very important to our customers.
