How it works:

You will need to access your Amazon order from the Amazon website.

How long is the return process going to take?

Upon arrival at the Deerso warehouse, all returned items are inspected. Your refund will be processed after we receive, inspect, and verify your return. We will do our very best to process your return as quickly as possible, but fluctuations in the number of returns received on any given day can delay your refund a bit.  You are eligible for a refund of the price you paid for the product(s). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund as soon as it has been fully processed.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date. All we ask is that your return is sent to us in new, unused and resalable condition within 60 days of the original purchase date. And obviously send the item back in the original manufacturer's packaging with all of the accessories included....you know, like all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards and such!


We DO NOT encourage you to refuse the package if you decide you no longer want the item(s), or if you decide to cancel your order. If the package is refused and is shipped back to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Similarly, if the carrier was unable to deliver to the address associated with an order i.e. customer has a new address, attempts were made with no success etc...and subsequently the package was returned to our warehouse,  the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. 

If a customer receives "free shipping" on an order, and the package is returned for any reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Expedited shipping rates: $7.99 + .99 cents per pound

Your item(s) has a (2) business day processing period built into the anticipated shipping/delivery time expectation. This gives us time to check the inventory on your item(s), and choose the closest warehouse to your location...for speedy transit, of course! Then your item(s) is packed up with care, and ready for carrier pickup! If you choose the expedited shipping method, your package will not be in transit longer than (3) business days. We will be keeping a close eye on your package to ensure it arrives safely to your destination and within the expedited time period as indicated above.

You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Residential delivery of products over 150 lbs. requires a truck equipped with a lift-gate at an additional charge.

Deliveries to facilities equipped with a loading dock usually do not require a lift-gate. It is your responsibility to unload the item where the driver leaves it from the rear of the truck.

Q) Where is my order?

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Tracking is delayed by one business day from the date of shipment. Essentially, you should receive your tracking within 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once tracking is received, it will be updated in your order information, and emailed to you. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.
Q) What if I would like to cancel my order? 
  • We recommend contacting us via email through "contact seller."We try to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has populated into our system. However, we will do our best to get your order cancelled for you.We're happy to cancel customer orders, as we would rather you be completely satisfied with your purchase then receive something you no longer want. However, the timing is crucial when attempting to cancel an online order. All orders are fulfilled through a separate facility, so we're unable to control the speed in which things are processed.
Q) My item arrived with some damaged or missing parts - can you provide these?
  • We do not carry pieces and parts of products, and it is the policy of our warehouse that packaged items not be opened and parts removed. If your item is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us so that we may get a new item to you, or process a refund of your order.

  • If the wrong item was received, please contact us via telephone or email. If the item was shipped incorrectly on our part, we can have the correct item reshipped out to you, or issue a refund to your account - whichever you prefer.
