If you have changed your mind, we need to have the product back, postmarked within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original condition, including all parts, instructions and packaging.

Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return and note your reason for return in the space provided on the back. Merchandise must be returned with appropriate shipping packaging to ensure the item is returned in good condition. We do ask that you please not affix shipping materials to the manufacturers packaging unless absolutely necessary.

Any shipping method may be used for your return. We do not offer return shipping labels for return merchandise. We do suggest all customers retain a copy of their return tracking information or postal receipt.

We ship all of our products using the most appropriate and expedient carrier for the items you purchase based on your address.

How quickly will my order ship once my order is placed?

Your order is shipped within 1-2 business days once Amazon transmits your order to our fulfillment system. NOTE: Amazon can take up to 72 hours to transmit your order to our fulfillment center, but most orders are transmitted within 2-3 hours from the time the order was placed on Amazon.com.

Where will Best Service Stores ship my order?

We currently only ship within the Continental United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Is a Signature Required Upon Delivery?

We do not require a signature upon delivery. However, occasionally our shipper will require a signature or leave a notice for pickup if they deem it unsafe to leave the package unattended at your shipping address.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
