Standard Shipping: Most standard shipping orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Most orders will be processed and shipped out from our fulfillment center(s) within 24-48 hours. Transit time for standard shipping order is 3-7 business days after after the order is shipped out from our fulfillment center(s) depending upon the zone to which the package will be delivered. Please note that in some special circumstances, your order may take an additional 3-5 business days to ship out from our fulfillment center(s). To give you an idea of the transit time for standard shipping order, please see the estimated transit time for some of the shipping zones below.

  • Transit time for California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah are usually 2-3 business days.
  • Transit time for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas are usually 4-5 business days.
  • Transit time for all other states are 6-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping orders are shipped via UPS 3rd Day Select or 2nd Day Air in some cases. Transit time for expedited shipping order is 3-5 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Items are processed immediately upon receipt of your order.  These items are picked and pulled from our CA facility and immediately begin being processed for shipment.  As such, once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order.  Items may be returned according to our 30 Day Return Policy (see below).

RETURN POLICY - ALL ITEMS

Tom & Company has a 30 Day Return Policy for all items we sell. Items may be returned for a refund less a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of the shipping date. An RMA number is required prior to returning the order, so please contact us through Amazon for this number, otherwise your return will be refused. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, so please be sure to package items well for shipment back to Tom & Company.

Returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resellable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in assessment and reduction of the final refund amount. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of merchandise to us. Original shipping charges if any are paid are not refundable. No returns are accepted after the 30 day period.

DAMAGES

We cannot stress enough the importance of inspecting your items before signing any delivery / pickup receipt. This is for your protection to ensure the items sent were received in the same condition they were sent out. Simply inspect the contents of all packages (not just the outside of the package), noting any damage on the delivery receipt. If any damage is found, please refuse only those items that were damaged. Please contact Tom & Company within 3 business days through Amazon so we can initiate a claim for you. We can then ship out a replacement to you at no charge or issue you a refund.
     If concealed damage is found after you have signed for the shipment "free and clear" and can no longer refuse the package with the driver, contact us via email through Amazon, providing detailed information about the damage as well as photos. After reviewing the pictures and information you send us, we can offer you a partial refund to be determined at that time if you are willing to keep the item for repair or we will let you know if replacement parts can be sent to you at no charge.

Gift Wrap

Some merchants offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. If Tom & Co. offers gift wrapping for an item, it will be noted in the ordering process. In these cases, you will find details of the gift wrap patterns offered and the cost of the service.

Gift Message

We understand the needs for gift messaging service especially during the holiday seasons. As a result, we have improved our system to allow our valued customers to include a short message with their order. Currently our system can only supports simple gift messages such as "Merry Christmas! Love, John" or "Happy Birthday! Love, Marry." We will continue on improving our system to support longer messages in the near future.

All gift messages are free. This is our way of saying thank-you and appreciate your business. In addition, we will not include an invoice showing price with your order. We hope this help.
