In that time, they have expanded from an initial selection of just 12 watch brands, to offering over 50 luxury watch brands and superior gold and diamond jewelry.

Dexclusive enjoys professional affiliations within the luxury watch and jewelry industry that are wider and more encompassing than most of their competitors. Dexclusive imports merchandise directly, with no middle-man. Because of these relationships, Dexclusive is not bound by the mandatory retail pricing of traditional dealer/supplier contracts. Additionally, because Dexclusive only sells online, their overhead is very low. This allows them to pass their huge savings on to you.

All watches will arrive in their original packaging, with their serial numbers intact. All fine gold and diamond jewelry will arrive with an official Dexclusive Certificate of Authenticity. They do not sell used or refurbished watches and do not accept trade-in watches or jewelry of any kind.

They ship their luxury watches and fine gold and diamond jewelry all over the world from the U.K. to Australia; from Kuwait to Malaysia. They are a U.S. based company in Hollywood, Florida with bi-lingual customer service and sales teams.

Items must be unaltered with the manufacturer tags, serial numbers and protective stickers also intact. Please note that we will not accept any items with scratches, marks, blemishes or if the security tag has been removed, tampered with or altered in any manner.

We require that you send your item back via insured, traceable means, such as UPS or Fedex. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

RMA numbers are only valid for 5 days after issuance. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing any refunds associated with either returns or exchanges. 

Any Special order items cannot be returned. Special order items will show in amazon as Usually ships within 1 to 3 weeks.

Dexclusive Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shiping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

Shipping Policies

Dexclusive offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders of USD 500 and above.

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available at an extra cost.

Shipments to PO Boxes and APO addresses will be done via USPS.

All packages are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In case of a claim, if we have another product in stock we will ship it immediately. Otherwise we will consult with the customer to choose among all the available options.

For your security, we require that all packages are signed receipt at the time of delivery. If the customer is not available at that time, the carrier will leave an Info Notice and will make three consecutive attempts at delivery. If a package is returned to Dexclusive because of non-delivery, all shipping charges will be charged back to the customer.

For your protection as well as ours the following security measures have been implemented. Due to a worldwide increase in identity theft fraud, we are now using a third party verification service. Previously, some disreputable people were placing orders using the identity theft victim´s billing information, which raised no red flags until it was too late. In addition, we lock-out all changes to shipments in transit. Please do not attempt to intercept or change the delivery address or arrival date to the shipment or UPS will automatically return it to Dexclusive. Changes can not be made once the shipment has left Dexclusive. Please make sure you are going to be available to sign for your shipment, so choose a shipping address accordingly. Once a delivery address is selected, it cannot be changed. You will NOT be able to pick up your package at your local delivery distribution center.

Since customs duties and taxes vary from country to country, we suggest the customer contact his/her local taxing agency or customs office to inquire about the exact duties and taxes that these type of products pay upon importing them to your country. Dexclusive is not responsible for any duties or taxes in your local country.

Dexclusive does not collect taxes on any orders shipped outside the State of Florida. Any orders shipped within the State of Florida are subject to a 7% sales tax, as required by state law.

Dexclusive guarantees the order will be processed and shipped in a timely manner but is not responsible for any delivery delays once the order has left the control of Dexclusive including, but not limited to:

1. Compliance with the law, government regulations, orders or requirements, or any cause beyond our control.

2. Failure or omission of the Customer to provide accurate contact information such as phone numbers or email addresses. Failure or omission of the Customer to provide accurate shipping information, requested documentation or correct payment information.

The guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to the unavailability of or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment.

A: Dexclusive is an Authorized Dealer for several brands. However, unless specifically noted, we are not. All our other brands come directly from worldwide dealers and renowned distributors of luxury watches and jewelry.
Q. Are The Pictures Accurate?
A: At Dexclusive, we make every effort to how you the most accurate pictures of the products we offer online. Our photographers produce the best image possible using the latest digital techniques.
However, please note that the image on your screen is not meant to appear as the actual size of our jewelry and watches. Due to technical reasons (including variations in computer monitors and web browsers) this is not possible.

A: All the jewelry and watches that we sell are 100% authentic, original and brand new, with their factory reference and serial numbers intact. They are shipped with their original box and documents, and are covered by Dexclusive´s warranty. We never sell jewelry or watches that have been opened, altered or modified. We DO NOT sell used, refurbished or replica timepieces.

A: Yes, Dexclusive´s strict company policy is to sell only perfect products with their serial and reference numbers intact.
Q. Can I Rely On The Price Shown On Dexclusive´s Website?
A. Due to currency fluctuations and ever changing wholesale and retail prices, our costs are subject to change. Therefore, our prices must be subject to change as well. We are committed to update prices on the website as frequently as possible. However, once an order is placed and approved, the agreed upon price will be honored. Dexclusive Return Policy

Dexclusive always strives to provide its customers with the highest quality of service. We ask that you contact us if there are any imperfections or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of the product. 

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note the following conditions apply:
