Return Authorization.  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date.  You must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from 7GIFTS prior to shipping the item for return. The RA number must be provided on the return shipping label.  We cannot accept returns without an RA number or beyond the 30-day time frame.   In addition, 7GIFTS cannot be responsible for unauthorized returns.

Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs both ways when returning an item, and for ensuring that the item is shipped with insurance and tracking.   Upon request, 7GIFTS can supply a return label at the customer's expense.  To cover our expenses, returns will be assessed a 10 - 20% restocking fee.  Since we do not sell used products, any item that cannot be resold as new will be ineligible for return or subject to an additional restocking fee.  Please check with us regarding these requirements before returning your purchase.  Items with defaced packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards or manuals, or missing UPC/barcodes are not eligible for return.  Items that are refused for reasons other than shipping damage are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Defective Items.  Items that arrive defective may be exchanged for the identical item.  Please email us a description of the problem and contact the manufacturer's tech support center to ensure that the item is defective.  We will send out a replacement item upon issuance of a Return Authorization and receipt of the defective unit.  You will not be responsible for shipping when replacing a defective item.  

Items Damaged in Shipment.  If you receive an item that was damaged in shipment, please contact 7GIFTS within the next day so we can get the situation resolved quickly.  You must keep the item and all the original packaging materials if needed for inspection.
