Shipping rates are calculated by dimensional weight of the item.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

Shipping Policies

Most orders are shipped out via UPS. United Postal Service (UPS) transports 15 million packages and documents per business day throughout the US and to more than 200 countries and territories. As the world’s largest package-delivery company, their delivery operations use a fleet of about 92,000 motor vehicles and nearly 600 aircraft. After placing your order, you will be provided a tracking number when it is shipped out. You are able to view the location of your package and when you can expect your package.

Large items may be shipped out using Conway, YRC, New Penn or another shipping company.  You will receive an email with the pro number and they will contact you to schedule a delivery.  Someone MUST be available to accept the shipment and an inspection must be made to verify that there is no damage to the product.  If the paperwork is signed and the item accepted, we are not able to submit a claim, so please inspect carefully.  If you are not available on the phone number that you provided, we reserve the right to return the shipment after 3 days of no contact.  Many times we call multiple times during the day and also email.  We try our best to let you know that your item is waiting for delivery, but you are ultimately responsible to be available for this transaction.  The shipment will be treated as a refusal and you will be responsible for all shipping and storage fees.  LTL shipments are non-returnable.  If you are not sure if your item will be sent LTL, please contact us.

Orders are typically shipped out within 3 business days to the lower Continental United States and most items take 2-5 business days to arrive.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  If there is a delay of shipment due to stock or an internal error, we will notify you immediately and ship it out as soon as possible.  If we are unable to ship it out within 30 days of the date of purchase, the buyer and/or seller can cancel the order as long as the order has not been processed.  An email notification will be sent.  Price for item and shipping will be the same as when the order was placed.

Returns
We accept most returns within 30 days of the date of shipment.  Items which are returned to us may be charged a restocking fee of up to 50%.  If the item was returned to us, new, unopened, un-assembled, and no damage, the restocking fee is 20%.  It must be returned WITHIN 30 days of the date of the RGA form, which is given to you by our Customer Support Team.  Items that have arrived to us where the return policy was not followed, it is up to our discretion to accept the return at all.  If accepted, a 50% restocking fee will apply.  Shipping costs are non refundable.  Exceptions are orders that were damaged in shipping, incorrect, or defective.  Damaged, incorrect or defective items can only be replaced, not returned for a refund.  The only exceptions would be if there was no replacement stock available.  Items that can be deemed non-returnable may include items that were shipped other than UPS, custom items, safety equipment, electrical or plumbing supplies or paint.  For questions on whether your product falls under these categories or any other category, please call customer support.

Defective items
Defective items MUST show proof before returning and must follow our guidelines of being defective by the manufacturer or apparent dysfunction and we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the product(s).   Please note that although Amazon.com provides the details of the items that not all information is included in the description and application of products may not fit the particular project that you are working on.  We recommend researching everything about the project and item(s) and contact us with any specific questions.  Items will not be deemed defective in those cases, however, we will assist you with your return.  Defective items can only be replaced, not returned for a refund.

Refunds are processed within 1-4 weeks of receipt of product.
