Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Computer Geeks within 7 business days if any products are missing or damaged

Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping Policies

Computer Geeks provides all customers with an order confirmation email as soon as we receive the order from Amazon.

All packages are shipped via FedEx. Order status as well as any tracking information will be made readily available through our order management system. Please note that if your package ships to the Midwest, East Coast or Texas, there is about a two day delay from the time the item ships until it is scanned by FedEx at their Memphis hub.

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Computer Geeks ships all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Computer Geeks does not currently support international orders or orders to PO boxes.
