CAN I REFUSE DELIVERY?

If you refuse a delivery, the order will be refunded after all applicable restocking and shipping fees are deducted, within 5 business days of notification and delivery back to our location. The Price Pros will make every effort to ensure packages are delivered on-time and to the correct address. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure where your order is being delivered.

ITEMS SHIPPED FREIGHT:


Our freight items are charged and shipped at the Standard level. This only includes Curb-Side delivery by the carrier, and does not include inside delivery, stairs, or otherwise. Please make arrangements with the freight carrier at time of scheduling for additional delivery options and charges. The Price Pros is not responsible for additional delivery options. If you refuse a freight delivery for non-defective and non-damaged items, the shipping charges for both delivery and return will be deducted from your order, as well as any processing fees. Shipping and processing fees are also applied if the carrier is unable to reach the customer or deliver the item after the delivery date has been scheduled.

Please inspect all items upon delivery for damages. If the freight shipment arrives damaged, DO NOT sign or accept the package. The Price Pros is unable to process replacements or retrieve items that are damaged in transit and accepted by the customer. Refuse the delivery and notify us immediately and our representatives will correct the situation with a refund or replacement.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please refer to your order details for estimated shipping and estimated delivery dates. Please allow up to three (3) business days after the max estimated delivery date for your item to arrive. Always feel free to contact us to locate the status of your order. A representative will be happy to track down your order.

If you have tracked your order with tracking information we have provided and notice that your shipment has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in pursuing a claim with the shipping service.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return a new product in the original condition within thirty (30) days of the delivery of the original shipment. All original packaging and accessories must be included in the return shipment. Shipping and handling charges for returns are your responsibility and the return shipment must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original shipment. Your return will be subject to a 20% processing fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund. The Price Pros may elect to provide a pre-paid return label as a convenience to handling your return.

All refunds require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to you upon contacting The Price Pros. If you return an item without a Return Authorization Number, the return may not be processed and a refund will not be applied.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:
  • Must be eligible for return (see Non-Returnable Items)
  • Must be return postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery
  • Must be in Original Condition
  • Must include all Original Packaging and Accessories
  • Must obtain a Return Authorization Number
  • Returns are subject to Restocking/Processing Fees plus Shipping Charges
Quality checks will be conducted and an item received in any condition other than originally described will be subject to processing and/or restocking fees. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the item’s price.  Any item in original condition that is postmarked for return more than thirty (30) days after delivery, is subject to a fee up to 80% of the item’s price.

Most items purchased from The Price Pros can be easily returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment if they are unopened, in new condition and contain all accessories; certain restrictions apply. The following is a list of items that are nonreturnable; returns will not be authorized.

ITEMS FORWARDED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:

All warranties are void once the item is send outside the country. We do not ship internationally, and are unable to assist with returns or orders that have been freight forwarded to other countries. This applies to damaged, defective, and materially different items as well; we are unable to assist with the return until the item is back in the country of The United States.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?


You must report all defects or damages to The Price Pros within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery of the original shipment. There will be zero (0) restocking charges assessed for defective or damaged items. The Price Pros will make all efforts to replace defective or damaged items, but cannot guarantee all items will be in stock. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. Quality checks will be conducted and items described as damaged or defective but are received in a condition other than described in the request for a return will be subject to penalties that may result in no refund being issued. All customers will be notified in writing to work through any disputed conditions before any refunds are held.

Do not accept delivery for damaged freight items. Please refuse delivery for damaged items and notify The Price Pros immediately in order to rectify the order. Please do not sign for damaged packages. Doing so prevents The Price Pros' ability to retrieve the item and issue a replacement or refund.

REQUIREMENTS FOR DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
