Unless otherwise indicated, products sold by Everydaysource® are covered by the following Standard Return Policy. These products are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the un-used item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or an exchange for whatever reason. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be reimbursed or refunded under any circumstances.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. For the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) item with the retail packaging, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranties Policy below.
Special Return Policy
• Return for refund ONLY: 30 days from the Invoice date
• 15% restocking fee may apply
• All returned items must be in brand-new, un-used, undamaged and re-sellable condition.
All returns under Special Return Policy must include RMA number and the following:
• Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
• UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return.
• Complete accessories that came with the item (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
• Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
• Original packing slip / print-out of order confirmation.
• The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging.
Any items that are returned dirty or containing fur will be rejected without a refund.
Returned toy products will be refused if it contains any scratches, dirt, or sign of usage.
Apparel Products/ Fashion Accessories:
Items can be tried and fitted but must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged. Returns must be with all tags and labels still attached.
Seasonal products, including Costumes, must be returned within 15 days of invoice date. Return can only be accepted for the reason of a wrong shipment or defective item.
EverydaySource® in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. If the fault present is deemed to be a non-manufacturing fault (due to accidental damage or mis-use), item may be returned to you at your cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.
Action Figures Return Policy
• No returns are accepted unless the products are defective.
• Defective item must be reported within 7 days from the delivery
• RMA is required for all return. Please contact us to obtain the RMA number
• All items returned without RMA number will be refused.
Note that the RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. Please do not write the RMA number on the original manufacturers’ packaging. Items received with anything written on the original manufacturer's packaging will be rejected and returned to you at your expense and without credit approval.
Everydaysource® in its sole and absolute discretion shall determine whether a product is in fact defective.
• Everydaysource® does NOT offer any returns on any products under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy unless it's a wrong item.
• All un-opened items must be returned in the original brand new condition.
• Returning by means of Refusing Package will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping costs.

To return your order, simply contact our Customer Service with your order number and return item(s) information. If the return is due to a defective/ damaged item, please include photos and additional information or comments regarding your order issue.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

***To ensure a delivery prior December 25, please place your order with us before December 14th ,2014.
Depending on your location and size of the order, shipments are made via UPS, DHL or United States Postal Service with a delivery confirmation. Please note that UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. boxes or APO / FPO addresses.
Orders are shipped out within 2 business (working) days, Monday thru Friday. These exclude any holidays and weekends. Orders are generally delivered within 2 weeks of the SHIPMENT date. Please note that during the holiday seasons, delivery may be delayed due to high volume.
Standard U.S. : 4 to 10 business days after shipping - ESTIMATED TIME.
Wrong Address Problems:
If there is a problem with the address causing the package to be undeliverable, the package will be sent again ONLY after if the problem is resolved and confirmed with the customer.
