Tax Information

OutdoorBunker charges sales tax to orders placed in the state of North Dakota owing to the fact that we have a physical presence in the state of North Dakota. We do not charge sales tax in any other states. Sales tax is separately calculated and collected for purchases and the amount shown during order processing is an estimate. The actual amount you are charged including tax will be shown to you at the time of order confirmation.

ORDERS

Can I change the quantity of my order?

Click on the Your Account tab and click on the order number for the order you wish to change. Click on Problem with this order? then the Contact Seller tab. Be sure to provide all of the details of the order and what you would like to change.

How do I track the shipment of my order?
When your order ships, we send you an e-mail with tracking information for your order. Check your e-mail to make sure that you did receive this e-mail. If you have not received it, make sure that your order has shipped. If your order has shipped and you did not get this e-mail, contact us and we will help you to track your order.

I have not received my order yet. What do I do now?
There are several things you should check before you contact us. First, check and make sure that your order was shipped. To see this information, click on the Your Account tab and click on the order number to see details of the order. If you have not received the item and the tracking information says it was delivered, check with anyone else living in the household, neighbors, front desk and so on to make sure that no one else received your order. Also be sure to look around the delivery location, carriers usually leave packages in a place that is safe and hidden like the garage or in the bushes. Look to see if there is a notice of attempted delivery, if there is, follow the directions on that slip to get your package. You could also contact the carrier to see if they have further information on the order. If you've had no success, contact us and we will be happy to help you locate your order.

There is an item missing from my order. Where is it?
Sometimes, items will ship separately. When an item is shipped in more than one package, the entire purchase is processed at that time. If you have not received your other item(s) within a couple of days, contact us and we will assist you in locating the item(s).

How do I cancel an order?
In the orders section of your account, you can cancel either part of an order or an entire order by clicking on Your Orders then clicking the Cancel Items button. An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled and you will instead have to have a refund issued for the order. If your order has not shipped yet and you are unable to cancel the order yourself, contact us by e-mail for assistance.

I canceled my order and have not received my money back yet. How do I get my money back?
When an order is canceled prior to shipping or if the order is refunded, the process falls back to Amazon. Amazon requests that you allow 2-3 business days to receive the funds back. If you have waited 3 days and still do not have your money back, please contact Amazon for assistance.

How do I contact OutdoorBunker?
If you have a concern about an order, please contact us by e-mail. Our customer service department is available 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST excluding holidays. We strive to answer all e-mails within 1 business day of receipt. If your question is more appropriately geared toward Amazon directly (in the case of canceled orders for example), you may do this by clicking Help in the upper right hand corner of the Amazon home page and click on Contact Us from the Help page.

SHIPPING

How long will my item take to ship?
Click on the Your Account tab and click on the order number to see details of the order. This will include information on when your items will ship from our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to locations in the United States. We do ship to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, and U.S territories. This is subject to change, please continue to check back.

When will my order ship?
For detail on when an order will ship, please click on the Your Account tab, then click on Your Orders. For details on your order, click on the order number. If it is past the promised ship date and shipment of your order has not been confirmed, please contact us by e-mail.

I need to return an item. How do I get it shipped?
If the item is damaged or defective or you got the incorrect item, contact us for a prepaid return label. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. Please note: If you have an item that is damaged and you do not contact us for the prepaid return label prior to shipping, we are unable to reimburse the shipping cost.

Why didn't I get free or discounted shipping with my Amazon Prime membership?
Amazon Prime free and discounted shipping is only extended to purchases placed through Amazon and orders that are fulfilled by Amazon. At OutdoorBunker, we proudly fulfill all of our orders, they are not Amazon fulfilled.

PRICING

Will I have to pay sales tax on my items?
The only instance that you would be required to pay sales tax on your purchase is if you live in the same state as our warehouse.

Do you ever run promotions or specials?
We do run promotions on occasion. This information will be found in our listings under Special Offers and Product Promotions in the item view.

I found the same item for a lower price on another website. Will you match it?
Price matching is not something that we generally partake in. Price matching is done only on a case by case basis.

How do I redeem the coupon code for your promotion?
During checkout, you will be prompted to enter a coupon code. Enter it at this time. The code needs to be entered at the time of check out to be eligible for use on your purchase.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

I want to return my item. What do I do?
All of our items are guaranteed. If for any reason, you would like to return your item within 60 days or delivery, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Send the item back to us and include a note stating whether you would like a refund or replacement and your packing slip or Order ID number. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred as a result of a return where the seller is not at fault.

Ship the item back to us using this label and we will replace the item or offer you store credit or a refund. Please note: If you do not contact us for the prepaid return label, we are unable to reimburse shipping costs.

I returned my item. When will my refund be issued?
Returns must be received by us before a refund can be issued. Once the item has been received by our returns department, the item is inspected and refund is issued. Amazon handles the disbursement of all funds. Amazon requests that you please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account. If we have processed your return and you have waited 3 days and have not received your refund, please contact Amazon for further assistance.
