Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

-ALL CONTINENTAL US ORDERS OVER TWO ITEMS RECEIVE FREE GROUND SHIPPING!
-All orders usually take up to 2 business days to process. Items ordered after 1pm EST will not be processed till the following business day. Orders placed after Friday 1pm EST, or anytime Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following business day.
-All items are shipped Monday - Friday only. Any items ordered on weekends or holidays will ship out the following business day.
-APO and FPO will be shipped via USPS which may take up to 30 days to deliver.
-All other domestic shipping will be sent at our discretion via UPS or USPS
-Shipping to Canada is via USPS.
-All international orders will be marked as "SOLD" and the actual purchase price will be declared. No exceptions to this policy as this is federal law.

Q: Are your products guaranteed 100% authentic?
A: We guarantee the authenticity of all our items. If you are unsatisfied in any manner we do offer a 30 day return policy so there is no risk.
Q: Do you offer cheaper international shipping methods?
A: No, we are sorry but we only ship via USPS and all items are marked as "SOLD" with the actual purchase price. There are no exceptions to this policy as this is Federal Law.
Q: Can i pick up the item from you?
A: We are sorry but we do not offer local pick-up.
Q: Can you measure the insole/width/length of the shoe?
A: We are sorry but we cannot accommodate your request as our warehouse and offices are in separate locations.
Q: Can you ship to a different address?
A: We cannot ship to any address other than the original one provided in the transaction. The only option you have is if we cancel your order and you purchase the item again. Please let us know how to proceed as your item will not ship till we get a response.
Q: How do I exchange or return my purchase?
A: Please follow the return instructions provided in your package. For exchanges, we ask that you still follow the return instructions like a normal return, and then place a new order for the desired size or color.
Q: Can you do better on the price? Can you give me a discount?
A: We normally price our merchandise to be competitive, but we also do run surprise sales on items. Please continue to check back on our store get updates on new items and promotions. Thanks for the interest!
Returns are accepted for 30 days after the sale, per amazon's policy.
Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Exchanges are accepted.
The buyer is responsible for shipping both ways on an exchange.
If you were sent the wrong item(s) or size, we will issue a full refund or exchange it to the correct item(s) upon return of the item(s) we sent at our expense.
Merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, in unworn and new condition.
Please double box all exchanges, just as they were shipped to you. This is very important so that items do not get lost in transit.
There will be a $10.00 Restocking Fee for all Refunds.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All exchanges and refunds must include your order packing slip, and RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) slip.
Returns/Refunds time period: upon receipt of items it takes 2 days to process and submit refund request. Upon submission of refund request, it may take between 2-5 business days to see amount reflected on your account.
Lost & Damaged item claims are handled by UPS & USPS respectively. UPS/USPS claims may take 2-4 weeks to be completed.
