Returning an Item

  • Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.
  • Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.
  • Securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box. Do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

Return Policy

For the first 14 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.  All returns must meet our guidelines.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

Securely package the product and include a copy of the original invoice, with a short note explaining the reason for the return.

Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.

Please allow up to eight business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.

Important Note for international customers: Please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.

Items that cannot be returned

Items from the following categories may not be returned once opened:

  • Software, Film, Paper, DVDs and video tapes, Bulbs and flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Memory cards, Any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack"

TV Return Policy:

  • TV's Up to and including 47" All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.) You must insure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.
  • TV's over 47" cannot be returned even if unopened, unless it is received damaged or defective (see below). In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage. Once reported, we will initiate a damage claim with the carrier.

Items from the following categories may not be returned:

  • Printers cannot be returned once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed.
  • Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.
  • Underwater photography equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
  • Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.

If the above conditions are not met, Adorama has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Please Note:  The published rates above are for most items.  Items with heavier shipping weights have a shipping surcharge added. You will see your exact shipping charge before you finalize your order  

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

Shipping Policies

Delivery

Adorama Camera makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for In-stock items placed on business days before 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time are generally shipped the same day. Please note that orders placed on weekends (those received after Fridays after 12:00 P.M.) will be processed on Monday.

In some instances there might be a delay till the order gets transferred to Adorama Camera due to Amazon's credit card verification system. This might cause your order to be processed the next shipping day. Please take this into consideration when you place your order 

If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.

Signature Upon Delivery

A signature is required upon receipt for all packages shipped via UPS. Packages can not be rerouted or picked up from UPS. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.

Duties and Taxes for International Orders

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and brokerage fees / custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier . These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


In the event a shipment is refused and returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees , brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranties

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Grey Market equipment is covered by Adorama for one year from date of purchase.
  • Used equipment carries a 90-day warranty.
  • Pal video equipment carries a 90-day warranty.
  • All refurbished equipment sold by Adorama include a 90-day return-to-manufacturer warranty.

Adorama's warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. The warranty is valid only at Adorama Camera. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Adorama Camera will void this warranty.

Adorama Camera disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages, for breach of written or implied warranty of an item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. An Adorama warranty provides specific legal rights; however, you may have additional rights, which vary from state to state.
