Please note your order number, item #'s of products being returned, and the reason for return. RMA numbers remain valid for 30 days. Please return your merchandise promptly after receiving an RMA number.
All returns must be shipped with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. All returned product must be complete with the original manufacturer's packaging and any parts, cords, or manuals. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.
Defective Merchandise - Defective merchandise may be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase for refund.
Non-Defective Merchandise - Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase for refund. Non-defective items, open merchandise, and incomplete returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
45 Day Return Policy Exceptions - Radar detectors, GPS equipment, computer software, and MP3 players must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. Software can only be exchanged, not returned.
Outgoing shipping charges and Amazon processing fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Canceled orders, undeliverable orders, and refused shipments are subject to additional handling charges.

PO Box & APO/FPO/AE Shipments: "Standard" shipments sent to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/AE addresses will typically ship with the United States Postal Service. While you are serving overseas please allow 18 - 32 business days to receive your order.
Signature Required: The value of the shipment, the regulations of the carrier, and/or the option of the delivery driver may cause the shipment to require a signature. If you are unable to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery it is best practice to leave a signed note for the delivery driver with instructions on where to leave the package. Typically, the carrier will attempt delivery to your location 3 times at which point they will either hold the package at a local distribution facility or return the package to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we are unable to request that the signature required stipulation be waived by the carrier.
