Returns of Online Purchases
Amazon Prime returns are managed through the Order Details page on your Amazon Account settings.
For standard non-Prime orders, to ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please first call us at 1.877.704.2425, or contact us via email from the Your Orders page on Amazon Account settings. A customer service associate will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you to write on the pre-printed address sticker at the bottom of the Returns form included with your boxed order.
Complete the returns form, then repack it with your order and affix the address sticker to the outside of the box. Send your return via FedEx ground or other major carrier and make note of your tracking number. All shipping charges are non-refundable. To insure proper handling of your return, please e-mail us your tracking number via email from Your Orders page on Amazon Account settings. If possible, also include a copy of your e-mailed invoice in your return box.
Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase, less original shipping charges.

LAMPS PLUS Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary
We ship via all major ground carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). In some instances we also use FedEx SmartPost (which uses the USPS for final delivery). Shipping and processing charges for all items are based on the item size, weight, delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail so that you may track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the shipment date for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.
At this time we do not ship Amazon orders outside the 50 United States and APO/FPO addresses.
Basic Freight Delivery
As indicated in the product item description, some heavy or oversized items will be shipped by Basic Freight Delivery. Basic Freight is a dependable and economical way to deliver your boxed purchase to your door in 2-3 weeks. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, daytime hours only. When ordering, be sure to include your phone numbers.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Amazon Prime orders ship the same business day if ordered before 1 PM, and cannot be cancelled once it is In Processing.
