Please contact our returns department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). You can do so by emailing us or by contacting us directly via Amazon. Please  include your order number in the email.

Returns

You must e-mail us for a RMA before sending anything back or request a return via amazon return system. A return authorization is required for all returns.

Here are return instructions. They apply unless otherwise stated.

  • All items must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • RMA must be visible on the outside of the return and package must include a packing slip or printed copy of our RMA.
  • There is a 15% Restocking Fee on all returns.
  • Some items cannot be returned and we reserve the right to deny any return for any reason.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete and show up on your account. An e-mail will be completed when the refund is completed.
  • Shipping costs are never refunded, even for expedited orders.
  • Buyer is responsible return shipping on all returns. We do not cover any return shipping.
  • Orders over $400 and or not in their original condition can be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages that are returned. Please ship the return with a tracking number.
  • You have up to 30 days to request return RMA.
  • If you took advantage of the free shipping promotion that we offer and you return your order, the original full shipping costs will be deducted before your refund is issued.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us. We will respond with an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback.

Exchanges


If you need to exchange your order, these are instructions:
1. Place a new order for your desired item & pay for it.
2. E-mail us with the new order number and that you want to exchange your order.
3. We will send you a RMA with instructions on how to send the order back.
4. Once we receive it back a refund will be applied to the returned order.
- Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee once a new order is placed.
- Exchanged items must be in the same condition it was received in. Damaged, worn or used products will not be accepted back. We do not pay for return shipping on exchanges.
- You have 30 days from the day the order is placed to get an exchange RMA. 
If you rather not purchase a new item, then you will be sending the order back for a return. Please follow the instructions above.

We do not handle exchanges via the mail, which means if you send back an item we will not send you the new item you want. You will need to place a new order for the item you want. 

Refused Packages

In the event that Army Universe ships out a package and it is refused by the customer, the customer will be charged a full restocking fee of 20% plus shipping costs (both to the customer and back to the shipper). Refunds will be done as soon as possible but may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Policies

In the event that ArmyUniverse ships out a package and it is refused by the customer, the customer will be charged a full restocking fee of 20% plus shipping costs (both to the customer and back to the shipper). Refunds will be done as soon as possible but may take up to 15 business days.

If you received a damaged product from ArmyUniverse please call us as soon as possible. We will not accept any damaged goods claims after 3 business days. If an item was damaged in the shipping process, a claim will be filed and a new product will be sent out once the damaged product is received back. All products are inspected thoroughly before being sent out, but mistakes can occur and we will do whatever is necessary to rectify it.

If you decide not to keep a defective product, a restocking fee will still apply. We do this to insure the integrity of our company and our customers. Shipping will be reimbursed for any defective item, after it has been inspected.

If you receive the wrong product from your order please let us know right away. Shipping and handling costs of any wrong items sent will be compensated once the situation has been reviewed by one of our returns mangers. You may send back the products only via the methods that we authorize. This is the only way a customer can be compensated for the return shipping costs.

Orders placed online may be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed. All orders after 24 hours cannot be canceled. There may be a 15% cancellation fee on orders canceled after 24 hours.  No fees will be charged if we cancel an order on our side.

International customers are responsible for any customs/duty charges that may apply. We do not edit invoices for customers because our system cannot allow us to do so. International orders cannot be returned.

Almost every product can be returned however we reserve the right to deny any return claims.  Special orders and wholesale orders will not be able to be returned.

Can I make a change on my order?

If an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes on the order. We process orders as soon as possible, so if you need to make a change, please try to e-mail us right away. If we are not able to make the change, you can always return the order once it has been received.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you need an order canceled though, please try to e-mail us and we will try our best to help if possible.

How long does shipping take?

You can see estimated delivery time frame on your amazon order page. We do our best to make sure you get your order before the end of that period. If you do not get the order by that time frame, please contact us.

My order shipped, but tracking has not updated yet?

This is normal. We create labels and until they are packed, shipped, picked up and scanned it can take up to 72 hours. Sometimes with USPS it takes longer. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. All we can say is to be patient because your order will arrive by the estimated time frame that amazon provides.

What are Army Universe's Hours of Operation?

Army Universe Hours of Operation are: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders still can be processed during off hours.

How can I return my order?

If you would like to return your order you may do so by filling out a return request from amazon. We will approve it via the amazon return system if you are within the return policy time frame.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days from the day the order is placed to return your order. We cannot generate RMA numbers after this time frame because our system will not allow us to do so. We will not deviate from this time frame unless previous authorization is given to extend the time, which we will only grant in special cases.

How can I exchange my order?

If you need to exchange your order you can email us and they will provide an exchange code for you to send back your order. We do not cover shipping costs when shipping the item back to us, However we will send back the product to you at our expense. We are happy to offer Free Shipping on Exchanges but we can only offer this once, so please make sure you know what you would like to exchange it for. If you decide to return a product after an exchange is completed, you will be charged for the return shipping costs back to you.

My package is lost! What can you do for me?

If your package got lost, we will need to confirm that with the shipping carrier and file a claim for you. Once the claim is filed and completed we will go ahead and reship you another product. We do our best to ship in a timely manner, however we have no control over the shipping companies and if they lose packages in transit. So in the even that this does happen, we will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as we can.
