Sometimes, we get inquiries regarding whether we are an "Authorized" dealer. "Authorized" dealers are required to sell watches within the manufacturers' pricing guidelines. Even if a dealer wanted to lower his prices, even if he could manage to cut his costs, there was no way the dealer cost offer a lower sale price due to their status as an "authorized dealer".
We buy our watches through established, legitimate distribution channels. We work very hard to buy them at the lowest possible cost. The result: you get genuine merchandise at exceptionally low prices. All of our watches are genuine and authentic. We do not sell refurbished watches or manufacturer's rejects.

Every order shipped within the USA is shipped free of charge. We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx
Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer, You may contact your local customs office for details. The average International order takes up to 2 weeks for delivery. Oversize and/or high value orders may require additional shipping charges.
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Watchstar. If the item is received damaged, please contact Watchstar within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
