We gladly accept returns and exchanges of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery, unless noted on the listing of the item.

- All merchandise ships from Kentucky, USA.

- All orders shipping to P.O. boxes (domestic and international) will automatically be sent USPS.
- All United States orders with merchandise value of $150 or more will require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

These fees are assessed by your government and the customs department.  If an international shipment is abandoned or refused, no refund will be issued.

Do you ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

I was notified of an out of stock item, what can I do?

In the unfortunate event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you via message and phone to inform you and assist you with either a replacement item, or a quick refund. If you have any questions, please contact customer service through Amazon messages or call us at 502-491-1889.

Is my item authentic?

Yes! All of our items are authentic and come with tags and/or in bags/boxes with the name of the brand. We buy our items direct so there is never any reason to worry about authenticity.

I saw an item before and can't find it now, where did it go?

It is possible we are currently sold out of this item. You can always contact customer service on the availability of an item.

How long does it take to process my return?

The average time is about 10 business days after receipt at our warehouse. It can take up to 3 weeks during peak times. Feel free to contact us to inquire about the status of your return any time.

I have received a wrong or damaged item, what do I do?


In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is different than our online description or damaged merchandise, we'll take care of it.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for your return authorization and allow us to place your replacement on hold.  You return package of the damaged or wrong merchandise should be mailed back to us within 14 days. Please contact customer service for assistance through your Amazon account or by phone at 502-491-1889. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping if I just want to return my item for a refund or exchange?
