Item Return policy

 We have an extremely low return rate, which speaks for the quality and service of our products and store. However, in the event you do need to return an item, we try to make it "hassle free".

The following conditions apply to refunds/exchanges:
1. Please Message us to get an authorization. UNAUTHORIZED ORDERS WILL BE REFUSED.
2. An item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days (postmarked) of receipt.
3. Item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and packaging
4. NO COD's accepted.
5. Your and Our Shipping costs are not refundable
6. Items are refunded to the same payment method used

7. If any problem by our side, we will refund full amount

8. Other case we will charge restocking fee and not refund our shipping cost.


We do not take return/refund/open movies or music c.d unless it has manufacturing defect in it ,as  we do not sell used stuff and we cannot return open product to manufacturer without any reason. it's replicated media, so might will find small scratches or spots on it , this doesn't mean movie or music has defect in it, sometime this does  happen at the time of packing product at manufacturer's place.
We buy our product directly from manufacturer or their legal distributor's only.
We sell movies or music only on amazon , and  do not deal direct at all.

Tax Information

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from PARAG Online Store through the Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from PARAG Online Store may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from PARAG Online Store through the Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

Q:  I was notified that my order was shipped via USPS and I was given a delivery confirmation number. But when I go to USPS to track my package there are no updates, was my order shipped?
A:  Yes your order was shipped on the date that is on the e-mail notification. All our packages are picked up daily and are loaded on the truck for transport. They do not get scanned in at the front counter, they are enroute to your delivery destination. The USPS website will not show any updates until the time of delivery. Once delivered the USPS website will confirm that it has been delivered usually within 12 to 24 hours after delivery. Please check the delivery confirmation number on line if your order has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It may be possible that they attempted to deliver your package and it's on hold at the post office. If that is the case, the website will say that delivery was attempted and the package is available for pick up. The post office will usually hold a package for one to two weeks before returning it to sender. So please check the website.
Q:  I have e-mailed you several times and have not heard back, what do I do?
A:  Please note that we answer ALL e-mails. There are several things that could interfere with e-mail communication like email server, network etc. There are always times that for some reason an e-mail doesn't reach us, but please be assured that if we receive your  e-mail it will be answered.
