How Do I Return an Item?

We're sorry to hear that you will be returning an item(s). All unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

RETURN VIA ANOTHER CARRIER

Please use your original packaging when possible, enclosing the invoice with the item. Please return to the address on the label located on the front of your invoice. Package can be mailed using your carrier of choice. If you use this option, you must pay the full postage at the time of the return.

 

We use different shipping providers to deliver your merchandise to you in the quickest and most convenient way possible. In the event that you need to return merchandise, please check the invoice included with your order. The return address will be printed on the invoice. To ensure your return credit is processed quickly, it is important that the item you wish to return is returned to the appropriate return address:

FedEx does partner with USPS through its SmartPost program, and your package may ship FedEx, but be delivered via USPS. For returns, your package will be picked up by USPS and delivered by FedEx back to our facility.

Standard Delivery: will arrive within 7 business days, to the contiguous US. In remote areas of AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories, your available items will be delivered via USPS. Please allow 20 business days for delivery.

In rare occasions, a shipment may experience a delay in delivery and not reach you in the time expected. If your expected delivery date has passed, please check your order status in your Amazon Orders page or contact us through Amazon Contact-Us page.
