Customers may return any newunworn and unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the cost of additional shipping paid for standard, expedited or 2-day service. Undergarments are not returnable, this includes boxers, lingerie and underwearThe buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping costs. 

Opened video games are non-returnable. 

Slippers are non-returnable, unless they are unused and have original tags attached.

Exchange requests cannot be granted. Simply return the item for a refund and re-order for the desired size or color. 

Although we do our very best to carefully and attentively inspect every item that ships, we occasionally make mistakes. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect as a result of Nayked Apparel error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In these instances we will be happy to correct the error and send a pre-paid return shipping label if necessary.

Sizes may vary between different styles and brands of clothing. We do not cover return shipping costs for items that do not fit.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order. 

Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 15th. 

To initiate the return, please complete the following steps: 
1. Login to your Amazon account 
2. Navigate to the “Your Orders” page 
3. Find the order you would like to return 
4. Click return or replace items 
5. Select the item or items you would like to return 
6. Submit the request 
7. After receiving a response, package your item(s) and include a copy of the approved return request and RMA#           
8. Affix a shipping label and ship package. 

Your return request will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission. If authorized, you will receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) and return instructions in an email. 

Returns received without an RMA# will not be refunded.

Returns must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving your RMA#. 

Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days of receipt of the item(s), following a thorough inspection. If an item is found to be damaged, stained, worn, washed, covered in pet hair, has a strong odor (smoke, perfume, etc.) or is in an otherwise not-new condition, a refund will not be granted. 

We cannot issue a refund for return packages that are lost or do not reach us. To avoid this situation we recommend using a tracking number for your return shipment. 

Product refusals and items received “return to sender” will be deducted a 20% restocking fee of the refund. Items received “return to sender” cannot be shipped to an alternate address.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shiping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

Shipping Policies

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. For this reason, cancellation requests and/or edits to the order cannot always be honored. This includes orders marked as “unshipped”.

Shipping and delivery times are reflective of the shipping service level selected. Delivery estimates are provided prior to checkout. We do not promise or guarantee delivery of an order at any point before the last day of that delivery estimate.  

Once an order has been placed, the shipping service level can not be changed. 

Please be sure to double-check the shipping address before completing an order. We cannot ship to any address other than that which you have provided to us during checkout.

Tracking numbers are provided in your order details and may not reflect updates for up to 48 hours after an order has shipped.

We are constantly updating our products. Some products may change (size, style, color, packaging) from what is shown in an image. If we deem these changes to be significant, a member of our team will contact you prior to shipment. 

Lost or Damaged Items
Inspect all items. Damage occurring during shipment must be noted with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for damages. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected. Keep all original cartons and packing materials. Call Customer Service at 1-888-467-8440 for assistance.
