Shipping Policies

All domestic orders (within the Continental U.S.) are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping method will be chosen based on the package size and weight.

Tax Information

FedBeauty Express is operated in the state of California. State law requires us to collect sales tax of 8.75% on all orders shipped within California. All orders outside of California are exempt from sales tax. 

Q: I am having trouble with my shipping address.
A: Go to USPS.com and click on Find Zip Codes. You can enter the first line of your street address, city, and state, and USPS will return the standard zip code and correct entry of your city, state, zip combination.

Q: I received a damaged/defective product. What’s next?
A: To resolve this issue we will reship the item to you. We also ask that you take a picture of the damaged package and the item received, in order to help us file a claim with the carrier, as the item may have been damaged during transit. Once we receive the picture, we will ship out the product to you.

Q: What happens if I received the wrong product? 
A: If we have shipped you the wrong product, please provide a photo of the wrong item received. Once we receive the image and confirm that it was our mistake, we will provide you with a shipping label to return to product. Once we receive the returned items, we will reship the correct item(s) to you. 

Q: I ordered the wrong product, can I return it and receive a full refund?
A: New & Unused: We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order. We are unable to accept returns that have been opened and used. Items that have been used will be refused for returns. Please note FedBeauty Express is not responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you assume responsibility for the return shipping cost. We accept return requests for items received damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 3-4 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. 
Opened & Used: Opened and used items will be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees, insurance, etc and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We will notify you by email when your return is received and processed. A refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 3-4 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. 

Our return policy is that we only accept return requests after 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return request as it has been past 30 days.



Q: I have an allergic skin reaction from the product I purchased
A:  If you are having a skin reaction from the product you have purchased from us, we will need further information about the incident in order to claim it to the product manufacturer. We will send you an email with the attached form to fill out. A return label will also be provided and once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued.  

Q:  How come the picture of the product listed on Amazon and the product I received is different? 
A: Cosmetic products are constantly making slight changes to their products due to the competitive market. We list our products under listings that have the same brand name and barcode. The listing on Amazon may be an old or new product listing, and the product we carry may be either the old or new product. We do assure you that most cosmetic products do not make significant changes to their product formula and the benefits of new and old products are equal. Email us if you want to insure that the product version you would like to receive is the version we carry.
