Customer satisfaction is our top priority.  You may return new, unused, and resalable items for a refund. Simply ensure that the item is returned in its original product packaging within 30 days of delivery. 

Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number, and the reason for the return. On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate return address; both of which will be provided to you upon contacting us via the aforementioned email address. 

Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and the credit process much quicker. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.

Shipping Policies

UPS OR FEDEX SHIPMENTS

Many of our products are delivered via UPS or FedEx and may not require a signature upon delivery (the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person). Tracking of shipments by UPS or FedEx can be done through the respective carrier websites. In the event you have not received a tracking number via email, you may track your order by visiting the order status section located at the bottom of PlumStruck.com. If you are still unable to track your order, please email PlumStruck Customer Care for further assistance with tracking.


TO-THE-DOOR FREIGHT DELIVERY

We provide To-the-Door Delivery by contracted freight carriers, which is the standard shipping method for items that are too large or heavy for shipment with normal package carriers. Deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will require someone to be present during the delivery. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window. To-the-Door Deliveries are made outside the main home entrance (e.g. inside a garage or to a front porch). Transporting the item into the home or other area and disposing of packaging material is the customers responsibility. Upon delivery and before you sign the carriers delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package to check that all items are accounted for. If anything is missing or damaged, please note it in detail on the delivery receipt and email PlumStruck Customer Care. If an item is missing or damaged, we will ship a replacement part when possible or may arrange for a complete replacement. Please refuse delivery if the entire package is damaged.

Tax Information

PlumStruck is required to collect sales tax on items that are shipped to the following states:

Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.

Please note that many factors can change between the time you place an order and the time of payment, which could affect the calculation of sales tax. The amount appearing on your order as estimated tax may differ from the sales tax ultimately charged.

Purchases that are shipped to states not listed above may be subject to state and local use tax, unless specifically exempt from taxation. A purchase is not exempt merely because the purchase is made over the Internet. Q: Am I able to make an address/item change once my order has been placed?
A: No, once an order is submitted, PlumStruck is unable to make any address/item changes. We recommend you review your order prior to completing your purchase.

Q: Am I able to change the shipping method once the order is placed?
A: No, once an order is placed, PlumStruck is unable to change the shipping method. 

Q: Am I able to change the quantity of the item being ordered once the order is placed?
A: No, PlumStruck is unable to change the quantity once the order is placed. We recommend you review your order quantity prior to completing your purchase.

Q: How will I know when my item has shipped?
A: You will receive an email stating your order has shipped. Tracking information will be included. Please allow up to 24 business hours for your tracking information to show movement. 

Q: Does PlumStruck ship products internationally?
A: We do not ship internationally. 

Q: If I have returned my product, when will I receive my refund?
A: Once PlumStruck receives and processes the returned item, please allow 7-10 days for your refund. If you see more than a 10 day delay in your refund please contact your banking institution.

Q: I am an Amazon Prime user; can I use it with PlumStruck?
A: Amazon prime does not apply to any marketplace sellers, including PlumStruck.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: No sales tax will be charged on orders outside of Ohio, Nebraska, and California. 

Q: Does PlumStruck stock your own products?
A: We stock most of our popular items. However, we also ship items from multiple suppliers.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: A majority of our items have free shipping. If there is a shipping cost, it will be displayed on the product page.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee for returned products?
A: No, PlumStruck does not charge restocking fees for returns. 

Q: What happens if my order is backordered or discontinued?
A: PlumStruck updates inventory hourly. However, sometimes items are not removed before a purchase is made. If this happens, we will contact you via email with an option to cancel or wait for the shipment. 

Q: Can I use my Amazon credit with PlumStruck?
A: We are unable to apply your Amazon credit to a PlumStruck order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
