- Puzzle Zoo accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery of your order. If you need to return it for any reason, please contact us within that 14 day period to begin the process.
- Products must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were shipped. If a toy is opened and broken when being played with, we cannot accept it back. If you think you may return an item, it's wise to keep the box it was shipped in with all of the packing peanuts to send it back to Puzzle Zoo.
- If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, like we accidentally shipped the wrong item or the item is broken inside the box, we will gladly cover the cost of your return. We do ask for photographic evidence of the issue before we accept any returns.
- If you are returning an item due to no fault of Puzzle Zoo, such as you changed your mind or you do not want it any more or you already have it, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
- Puzzle Zoo ships products in the exact condition in which it received the items from the manufacturer. If there is a manufacturer error such as a paint smudge or a loose accessory in the package, the customer must pay if they wish to return it as these instances are not the fault of Puzzle Zoo.
- Packages that are returned marked "Refused," "Undeliverable," or otherwise will not be reshipped.
- During the Holiday Season, Puzzle Zoo adheres strictly to Amazon's return policy.
- Orders shipped and fulfilled by Puzzle Zoo do not qualify for Amazon Prime. Amazon Prime only applies to orders directly shipped by Amazon. If you select Express Shipping on an order fulfilled by Puzzle Zoo, you will be charged the Express Shipping Rate found above. If you do not wish to pay for Express Shipping, contact us before your order has shipped to cancel it. After your order has shipped we will not refund any shipping costs.

For orders within the Continental United States, Puzzle Zoo offers free standard shipping (including P.O. Boxes)! We also offer free shipping to packages shipped to an AFO or FPO address. Shipping rates for orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Protectorates are priced according to the cost of the order. Want your items faster? Puzzle Zoo offers Expedited Shipping to all US addresses.

Puzzle Zoo is dedicated to sending out your package as quickly as possible. That's why most packages ship within one business day using UPS or USPS shipping services. Most packages are shipped in a box with packing peanuts to protect the order inside. When your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that will allow you to keep tabs on your package's whereabouts. Due to the nature of shipping, circumstances can arise that are beyond our control. Issues like extreme weather and misrouted packages due to UPS or USPS error have been known to occur in very rare instances. In these situations, please know the delivery time can be pushed back and expected shipping times missed. If you notice a problem with your shipment, contact us by email or by phone and we'll contact the shipping agency. We can be reached by phone M-F, 10am-4pm PST at 877-901-TOYS. If you call outside of those hours or on the weekend, leave us a detailed message and we'll return your call at our earliest convenience.
