Any product may be returned to CyberToyShop within 30 days
of the purchased order date except Cell Phones, Video Games, Electronics and Computers. For Electronics and Computers, items can only be returned to CyberToyShop within 15 days only. No Exception. After return period is over, please visit the manufacturer's
website to receive technical support as we will not be able to process
the return. If your return falls within 30 days of the order date ( 15 days for Cell Phones, Video Games, Electronics and Computers ) and
you wish to return an order to us, you must contact us for an RMA
number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Minimum 50% restocking fee will be imposed for any return without RMA !!!. Please allow 3 business days to process your RMA request.
Any non-defective return may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee (30% on electronics, computers and video game hardware) calculated based on the selling price of CyberToyShop. For opened merchandise, we reserve the right to charge up to 40% restocking fee. ( 50% on electronics, cell phones, computers and video game hardware ). We record serial numbers of our merchandise and if applicable, we will verify serial numbers to ensure that the product being returned was purchased from CyberToyShop. Shipping charge will not be refunded. Return shipping of the item back to us will be responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure to insure the package to its full value and obtain a tracking number as we cannot be held liable for packages that get lost or damaged on the way back to us. We recommend using UPS/FedEx or DHL for heavier packages (3 lbs. and up) and packages over $100. For light items (2 lbs. and under), USPS with delivery confirmation is also a good solution.
Defective merchandise will not incur a restocking fee and may be exchanged only. You will be provided a pre-paid FedEx Ground shipping label to return the order to us. Once affixed to the outside of the package, please drop it off at your nearest FedEx Kinko's or FedEx Ground drop-off location (not FedEx Express). If you choose to refund the order instead of exchange, you will have to ship back to us at your expense. We'll verify to ensure the merchandise is defective before refund your money. It may take up to 5 business days before refund is issued.
The following items are not returnable:
- Items that are abused
- Some Health & Personal Care items ( we follow Amazon return policy on health & personal items, if item are not returnable to Amazon, we are not able to take return too. )
- Opened computer software, movies, music and video games
(To get credit for these items, they must be unopened. If the original is damaged or defective, we'll exchange with another)
- Product that weighs more than 50 lbs. Please contact manufacturer for defective.
- Incomplete return. Item must be returned in the original condition with accessories and box.
- Opened collectible items.

We normally ship our heavier products via Fedex Ground. Automated email with tracking number(s) is sent once your shipment is shipped. CyberToyShop reserves the right to ship with any carrier. Please check your Bulk/Spam folder if email with tracking number is not found.
EXPEDITED U.S. SHIPPING - Expedited shipping usually delivers within 1 to 3 business days after handling time (see item description). CyberToyShop uses a combination of UPS/Fedex/USPS Priority Mail for expedited shipping to ensure delivery within 1 - 3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Automated email with tracking number(s) is sent once your shipment is shipped. CyberToyShop reserves the right to ship with any carrier. Please check your Bulk/Spam folder if email with tracking number is not found.
CyberToyShop also offers one or two delivery via Fedex.
All undeliverable/refused deliveries are consider NON-DEFECTIVE returns. See above for our NON-DEFECTIVE return policy.
