Q: When do my item ship?
A: Amazon takes a bit of time to clear the funds for your order.  Usually under 12hrs, sometimes can take longer.   As soon as we have your order and your address, we'll process the item for shipment.  This usually occurs within 1 business day of payment clearance from Amazon.  

Q: What service do you use to ship my order?
A: For smaller items, we use USPS (post office) first class mail.  Larger and more expensive items we use FedEx and USPS for shipping.  For your safety, a signature may be required on higher value items.

Q: It is past the delivery window, where is my item?
A: Small items are being shipped via post office when sent within domestic USA.  Some may not come with tracking numbers.  Please be sure the USPS delivers to your address.  If you can not locate the item, please contact us and we will come up with a solution for you.

A: Yes, please contact us for details

Q: My item is damaged, what do I do?
A: Unfortunately, damaged item due to carrier mishandling can happen on occasion.  If this happens, please contact us and we'll come up with a solution for you.

Q: Do you ship internationally to other countries?  
A: Yes we do.  The charges you pay for shipping is for shipping only.  There may be an additional customs tax that your country levies.  This will vary depending on where you are located.  The shipping fee you pay does not include the customs tax.  Please arrange for payment to your local officials on a separate basis.

All products sold by JCSTORE contain a warranty directly from the manufacturer. Requests for returns for exchange or credit must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Packages will not be accepted without this RMA number and will be returned to you via the designated carrier.

Please mail back insured with a traceable method, and do not write ANYTHING on the mfg box.
Below is a breakdown of policies and returnable items:.
Defective within 30 days + Replacement = NO RESTOCK FEE.
Defective within  30 days + Refund = 15% restock fee, we are happy to send another unit.
No longer want within 30 days + Refund = 15% restock fee.
No longer want within 30 days + Replacement = No restock fee if SEALED NEW in box.
Damaged / Lost in shipping + Repair /Replace = No restock fee.
Sent wrong item (seller fault) + Refund /Replace = NO restock fee, buyer pay NO shipping back to us.
No returns for items beyond 30 days of the day buyer receives item.
All returned merchandise will be accepted if all packing materials, including manuals, box, and warranty cards are enclosed. Returned merchandise for refunds are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee..

*If order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, or customer is not home for a signature, the order will be refunded less a restocking fee of up to 15%

The following items are ONLY returnable IF and ONLY if they are sealed in box, never opened, and not powered on..

-Television purchases are special orders and can only be cancelled prior to shipment of the TV. Customers can not cancel a TV order that is in route.  There are no returns for tv's 32" and larger.
-DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV.
-If the merchandise is damaged, please note the manifest, and call immediately. 
If there is concealed damage, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Reports outside this window are uninsurable.
-If you are refusing the delivery of the TV and it is undamaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges on the round trip
Defective TV's larger thann 20" are repaired directly by the mfg. We can not return them. They are fully covered by the mfg and service is completed in the home.
