Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange. 

  • eBags will provide you with a prepaid Fedex label to return the item to us. 
  • You can return unused items sold by eBags for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
  • Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. Your credit will appear after eBags has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Policies

eBags offers both Standard and Expedited Shipping Services.  At this time, eBags ships only within the U.S and does not currently ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.  We also do not offer weekend delivery. 

We make every effort to ship orders within 1 to 5 business days of receipt, but this timing may vary by product. Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand will likely arrive at their destination over multiple days due to varied processing times. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via e-mail of the expected delay or provide you with other options.
