- All merchandise ships from the United States.

Below are our return instructions:
**PLEASE, make sure you include either your packing slip or invoice
with the return, as without it, it may delay the refund process as we may not be able to pull up your order details immediately.
**Also, please either WRAP or use a BOX to send the shoes back; please do note that we expect the shoes and shoe box to be returned and received back in original condition (New, unworn, with all original packaging, etc. we do understand the box can get a bit beat up in transit, but please do protect it to the best of your ability) Thank You!
